Chapter 23

After the disperse, both the groups ended up in the parking lot. Both the groups have been allotted their respective vehicles to travel to their destination. The team stopped at an restaurant to grab the lunch while the team managers went ahead to make preparations for their stay.

Ishaani, Maddy, Navya and the rest of their personal assistants have already arrived at the resort, making sure everything is perfect, just as according to the taste of their bosses. Knowing very well how demanding they could be.

Ishaani and Maddy had previously met Navya for a brief moment, they haven't met the current version of Navya. So, they failed to recognize her as she walked towards them.

"Hey guys, long time no see." Navya said it aloud as she reached them.

"I'm sorry, but umm..you are?" Maddy asked looking at the lady in blue satin dress all confused. The lady, Navya laughed out loud and asked, "Do I look so different that you couldn't recognize me anymore?"

"Navya?" Ishaani asked in shock. Navya just smiled and nodded her head in confirmation.

"My goodness girl. The glow up is crazy!" Ishaani exclaimed, hugging her.

Just when Navya could respond back with a cheeky comment, they heard the vehicles coming in.

"Here comes the Devils and humans" Maddy commented making the other two ladies laugh.

The groups got down from their respective cars and walked towards the trio.

"Ayo Maddy, brother, long time man" Cabir called him out, and fist bumped him.

"N-nav-vya!?" Armaan stuttered in absolute shock.

"The one and only!" Navya answered back, proud of her glow up.

"My goodness girl, you are dead drop gorgeous" Armaan commented while giving her a tight hug.

"Uh..excuse me brother, that's my wife" Cabir said in a rushed tone being a tad bit high on jealousy, while he separates them and hugging Navya from the back. Which makes Armaan laugh.

"Ya bro, Ya, she is your wife and mine is here too" Armaan said while pulling his Ishaani towards him.

"There are only two rooms, you know. I remember someone promising too" Abhi said making the boys in the relationship groan in annoyance.

"I'm sorry to disturb your reunion, but I'd like to introduce you to the resort manager and would like you all to deposit all your electronics in these two boxes, you would get them back on the day of leaving." Alison, Mr. Mehra's assistant spoke up. The resort staff bought two boxes, labeled F and D.

Everyone took turns to drop their electronics in the respective boxes. The box D was then handed over to Maddy and box F was handed over to Mr. Malhotra's Assistant.

The two groups dispersed soon after to the allotted rooms.

Girls in one room and the boys in one.

Boys Room

As the boys entered the room, Armaan quickly handed over his luggage to Arya and rushed to the washroom muttering about having an upset tummy due to travelling.

Druv and Arya went up to the cupboards and started arranging their stuff. Arya went ahead and arranged Armaan's stuff as well. "Abhi, do you want me to arrange or will you do it yourself?" Arya asked, glancing at Abhi who was chilling on the bed alongside Cabir and browsing the TV Channels.

Abhi gave Arya puppy eyes and Arya just rolled his eyes at him, "Why did I even ask" and he started arranging Abhi's things as well. He noticed something odd while doing so. "Why do I see more of my shirts in your luggage than your clothes Abhi?"

"Well, you see...you are slightly bigger than me, and they are comfortable, you know?" Abhi replied giving him a cheeky smile.

"Ya right. Everyone just wants my clothes. First cupcake, then my wife, then my daughter and now you. Why don't I just buy more clothes for myself instead of giving you guys' money to buy your clothes?" Arya sarcastically said while unpacking his, oops his stolen clothes from Abhi's luggage.

On the other hand, Manik just shaked his head in disapproval at Cabir, who is way too busy flipping channels while he arranged his and Cabir's things along side Druv's at the other side of the room.

Just as Arya was done placing their things, so was Manik.

"I came first. So, I shall sleep in this bed." Arya stated while he put his small bag down on the bed.
