"Hey Sunny, did Kel tell you yet?" Aubrey asks.

"Hm? Tell me what?" Sunny asks curiously. "Did Kel come yesterday or something?"

SInce it was Saturday, the two teens were simply 'lazing' around. Well not quite lazing. Sunny is cleaning dishes and Aubrey doing laundry, so they were putting themselves to work, but better than stressing too much on work and chores.

"Well, Kel came by yesterday and asked us if we can babysit Sally for him and the family for today." Aubrey explains.

Sunny looks up and gives Aubrey a confused look.

"What's the family doing?" Sunny asks. "I can't imagine them doing anything that would leave Sally out of it."

"An anniversary for Kel and Hero's parents." Aubrey answers. "The parents are going out to eat dinner and Kel asked us to watch his sister as he and Hero go out to find a gift."

Sunny nods in understanding and Aubrey lets out a heavy sigh while rubbing the back of her head in slight irritation. Sunny puts the plate he just cleaned in the cabinet and walks up to Aubrey.

"Is something else bothering you?" Sunny asks. "You have that look."

"Well, I've never been good with children. Let alone babies." Aubrey mumbles. "To be honest, I don't want to accept Kel's request."

Sunny hums in understanding.

"Well, he can always ask someone else like Polly or Kim." Sunny said as he walked back to the sink. "It doesn't have to be us. You can just tell him that if you feel uncomfortable."

Aubrey didn't respond to Sunny's answer and remained quiet.

~Yesterday afternoon...

With Sunny working today and nothing much to do, Aubrey lounges on the couch with a magazine in hand. She's not much of a reader, but desperate times call for desperate measures when you have nothing to do. Since summer is at its peak, Aubrey is looking at summer sales.

Ding Dong.

"Coming!" Aubrey said as she headed to the door.

Aubrey opens the door to see Kel.

"Sup!"

"Hey, Kel." Aubrey greets back with a blank face. "If you want Sunny, he's at work."

Aubrey was about to close the door, but Kel sticks his body between the door preventing the door from closing.

"C'mon! Don't be like that!" Kel complained. "Can't I also say hi to you as well?"

"Don't worry." Aubery smiles as she opens the door again. "I was just joking."

"Sure didn't seem like it." Kel said with a deadpan face.

"Don't sweat the small stuff." Aubrey said, waving her hand. "Want to come inside?"

"Nah. Got to go soon." Kel said declining the offer. "I'm actually here to ask you guys a favor."

Aubrey raises her eyebrows curiously. Seeing that he got Aubrey's attention, Kel smiles.

"You see, my parent's anniversary is coming up and me and Hero are going shopping to find a gift for our parents." Kel explains. "However, we're planning to take the whole day and we need someone to watch over Sally for us."

Aubrey could tell where this was heading.

"So you want me and Sunny to watch over Sally for you." Aubrey concludes. "That's the gist of it?"
