Chapter Eighteen

FINAL CHAPTER

I sat in Reid’s living room wearing a long silver gown. It was strapless and intensified my chestnut hair. Reid came out of his room, wearing a black suit and God, it took all my will power not to yank him down on this couch and make love to him. The suit fit him perfectly.

“How do I look?” He asked.

“Amazing,” I stood up and hugged him.

He chuckled, “C’mon, we have to go.”

*Carson POV*

I watched Cassie slip into her wedding dress and she looked beautiful. Her hair was clipped up with a sterling silver hair clip, “You know the plan?” I wrapped my arms around her lean shoulders, sunk my face into the curve of her neck, smelling her rich skin. God, she smelled amazing.

She shoved me off her, “I’m not doing it.”

I raised an eyebrow, “What are you talking about?”

“I still don’t believe Tessa. She just wants Reid. That selfish bitch.”

I grabbed her shoulders and screamed into her face, “Are you fucking kidding me? I’m the father of your baby! Don’t you get it? You can’t have him! Why do you hate me so much?”

“Because you are NOT Reid!” She shrieked. Her mother entered the room and gasped. She peeled me off Cassie, “I want him out of here! Now!”

Cassie’s mother called security and they hauled me out of the whole building. Why was she doing this? Tessa is right. Cassie is a crazy witch. I needed to find Tess and tell her. The plan was over. Cassie isn’t going to quit till she has Reid all to herself.

*Tessa POV*

I sat impatiently in the hall. The room was decorated with pink flowers and ribbons. The place was beautiful. I saw the woman Elder and gave her a small nod. She smiled a little at me and resumed back to ordering people around. She wanted today to be perfect and if anything messed up like our plan would, she would kill someone.

My friends were around me and of course Ty was already hollering at hot girls. I shifted in my sit as the lights dimmed. It was starting. The Elder stepped onto the podium and smiled at everyone, “We are here today to unite Cassie Hahn and Reid Stone as mates.”

Just than Cassie and Reid walked down what was the aisle. Werewolf weddings weren’t like human weddings. We didn’t have bride maids or a best man because of the whole dominate issue. Pretty much, the Elder says a much of nonsense and the mates bite each other, making ‘one’ as they say and that’s pretty much it. Then the partying begins.

Our plan is to intercept before the bite. Once bitten, you can’t unbite yourself. It’s set for life.

“This two are our future,”

“Reid Stone, you can now bite your bride.” The Elder grinned.

Reid frowned, “I can’t.”

The room fell silent, “Excuse me?”

Cassie pinched Reid’s arm and he pulled away from her, “Don’t do this Reid.”

“You guys don’t get this, do you?” Reid pushed the Elder from the podium. I saw Reid’s father in the front row about to stand up, “I’m in love with Tessa Lupan.”
