"TWO ARROW SHOTS. ONE TO THE LEG ONE TO THE SHOULDER. POSSIBLE INTERNAL BLEEDING. HEART RATE HIGH. BREATHING IS IREGULAR. 18 MALE BLOOD TYPE O-" theo came running in with gabe in his arms handing him to a nurse. nolan was close behind. he was in hysterics. liam and harlow were also on their way. melissa came running around the corner.

"what happened?" she asked leading them to a quiet room to fill out some papers about the incident considering she knew they wouldnt go to the station until they knew he was okay.
"allison shot him. i know how crazy it sounds but if nolan didnt stop aiden he would be dead. he moved towards him with claws out. they wanted to make me talk but i didnt kow the answer." melissa nodded then tured to nolan. his hands were covered in the blood of his lover.

"nolan? why were you guys out?"
"we.. uhm.. i had one of my bad days but then i felt better so we went on a walk to try and clear my head and keep me calm and.. we stopped infront of the park because i felt something. but gabe dragged me away because these boys had noticed us and last time they saw us they threatened me. we walked to the woods and went to the peak. then there was a howl from the park so we ran. alisson shot him in the leg which he was okay from. but then the shoulder hurt him more.... aiden came at him ready to cut him or something so i screamed and he fell backwards but they said they would be back." his voice was breaking and his breathing was unsteady. tears wouldnt stop.

Melissa nodded and walked out of the room to give the notes to the sherrif. nolan was terrified. what if gabe didnt make it? what was he going to do? he needed gabe. he made him feel human.
"nolan? are you okay?" theo asked carfully
"is he going to make it?" the boy asked between breaths.
"im sure he will. and if he wasnt you would already know the answer to that. to yes, hes going to be okay." theo tired to comfort the boys

"i dont think i could do anything if he died. i... need him." theo just sat and listened. he knew nolan just needed to talk. so thats exactly what theo let him do.
"even when we were with monroe he always kept me safe. he shot scotts house and said it was me to keep me alive, even if i didnt want it. he saved my life. hes always been there for me. hes helped me when no one else could. throughout the last few days he never gave up helping me. my mom never understood why i had better days when he stayed all day. she just thought he stayed over all the time because his hime life wasnt the best. which was true but its not the reason he stayed with us. he stayed because i wanted him to. he needed me and i needed him."

"so how long have you two been together?" the asked quietly.
"a few weeks. it wasnt long after the interveiw. we just wanted to keep it quiet. my mom doesnt know his family doesnt know. its only you now. even though im pretty sure some of the other have allready guessed it." the two just sat in silence for a while till there was a knock at the door. liam walked in slowly.

"you okay nolan?"
"ive been better. have you heard anything?" liam shook his head.
"hes in surgery now. hes going to be okay. trust me." nolan nodded and started picking at the skin around his fingers again. it was an anxious habit which gabe could always help him out of. again there was a patch of silence. then there was another knock.

Nolans mom was at the door. nolan got up and hugged her. he turned to see gabes family all in the waiting room. this annoyed him, they only acknowledged their own son after he was put in hospital. but he couldnt do anything about it. after letting go of his mom he went and sat in the waiting room. theo and liam had gone to talk to isaac.
"are you gabes friend?" a girl asked. she wasnt much younger than the boy? nolan guessed ut was his sister. eva. he nodded at her. he still tried to wipe his tears and calm his breathing. he tired to stop picking at his fingers but it wouldnt work.

"hes been staying at your house?" gabes father asked him accusingly. nolan wasnt sure if he should lie or not. he decided it was best to tell the truth.
"yeah." he said while nodding. the man was about to say something else when mason and corey came running over.
"Nolan! is he okay?" mason asked.
"what happened?" corey followed up.
"allison. arrow to the leg and shoulder. aiden was about to attack him when i stopped him."
"hes going to be okay though?" nolan shrugged tears started falling again.
"i dont know." his voice broke while speaking.

"but hes going to live right? you dont feel like hes going to die?" corey asked the blond boy.
"nolan, you can feel if hes going to die. and you feel it stronger than if it was someone else because you guys are close." nolan focused but he didnt feel anything.
"ive got nothing. i cant tell. he usually helps me keep my thoughts straight and helps me control it." mason and corey comforted the boy as best they could.

nolan sat back down and mason and corey went to get snacks from the vending machine.
"whys he been living with you?" gabes dad asked ince the other boys walked away.
"i dont know. he wanted to? i wanted him to? i dont know and i dont really care. at least hes happy there. sometimes when he comes back from being at your house he is in a bad mood. so why does it matter to you where and who he lives with?" nolan was confusing fear with anger now.

"Nolan." melissa came from around the corner and he stood up immediatly.
"hes okay." nolan let out a breath he didnt even know he was holding. he felt like the world became brighter. a weight lifted off his chest.
"can we go and see him?" gabes mother asked. melissa nodded her head.
"you can but nolan will be going in aswell. gabe requested to see him." nolan followed melissa into a room where gabe lay with wires connecting to him.

"hey blondie." gabe smiled weakly. it seemed like nothing else mattered to either of the boys right now. only that the other was okay. they comlpetely ignored gabes family.
"show me your hands." gabe asked nolan after he sat down. the younger put out his hands. the end of his fingers dotted with blood and cuts from where hed been picking at it for hours.
"sorry."
"dont be. im okay now. im alive." nolan nodded. they just stayed their for a while. holding eachothers hands. only the beeping of the machines could be heard.

gabes father cleared his throat bringing attention to himslef. Gabe rolled his eyes at them. he knew they were only here in hopes of insurance money. or atleast his parents were. eva did care about him but she was the golden child. she was the favourite.
"good to see your okay." his father bluntly said walking closer.
"there no insurance money for what happend to me you know that right?"
"we dont even know what did happen to you." his mother answered.

"i was shot with two arrows by someone who died three years ago. and my throat was probably going to be slashed by a dude that also died three years ago but.." he trailed off. he didnt actually know what happened. he passed out first.
"but?" his father asked.
"i dont know.. i passed out. nol? what happend when aiden came at me?"
"I screamed. it threw him back wards away from you"
"actually?" gabe asked the boy. nolan just responed with a nod.

"thanks. for saving my life. again."
"again?" eva asked her brother.
"right, well, i got shot by a hunter a few months ago. and-"
"that wasnt all me. theo and liam did most of it."
"AND, he helped melissa keep me stable until they could get proper suplies."

"are you sure theres no insurance money?" his father asked.
"OH MY GOD YES. AND EVEN IF THERE WERE IT WOOULDNT GO TO YOU IM EIGHTEEN NOW.OR DID YOU FORGET? IF IT HAD TO GO TO A PROPER ADULT IT WOULDNT BE EITHER OF YOU." gabe got fed up of them now.
"then would would it go to?" his father asked.
"either becky, nols mom. theo. scott or melissa."
"who are theo and scott?"
"our friends."
"proper adults?"
"yes. they are 20 years old almost. do you not watch they news in your house?"
"what do you mean?" gabes mother asked.

"we are the MOST famous people in the world. you seriously know nothing about anything in beacon hills do you?" the room fell silent.
"do you even know about the werewolves?" he asked his parents.
"werewolves?" gabe and nolan were shocked that there were people didnt know about this. gabe looked at nolan who nodded. the younger boy got up and walked out of the room and returned not to long later with a laptop in his hand.

he put on the interveiw from a few moth prior. gabes family watched in awe and shock. after it was done they had so many questions. and of course he had to answer them all. though nolan helped a bit. then there was one question from his sister that surprised both of them.
"whats one wish you would make if it would definitely come true? would it have been to not find out about the super natural?"
"no." gabe answered truthfully.
"why not?"
"because alot of good things came out of it." he smiled towards nolan who smiled back.
"then what would you wish for?"

"some peace and quiet." he answered his younger sister.
"im kidding, i would wish for..." he trailed of thinking. so many ideas came to his head but he landed on one that he stuck with.
"for the people i care about to be safe all the time."
