"How about we start driving now? We can get there earlier. It's the full moon in two days anyway." Amora suggested. Theo nodded and they grabbed their things and got in Theo's truck. They set of for Idaho instantly. It would take about 14 hours to get there.

Amora drove the first six hours. She pulled over in a parking lot where they slept. Theo in the from amora in the back. Theo was used to his car so he fell asleep quickly. Amora struggled to get comfortable so instead she just stayed awake until she was tired. She sat in the back seat when she noticed something sticking out of the pocket on the back of the drivers chair.

She pulled it out and it was a small book. It was a childrens book and inside was a piece of paper sticking out. It was a picture strip from one of those photo booths. In the pictures was Theo a boy and a little girl. Amora assumed it was Liam and Harlow. All three of them had their eyes closed. She knew that the camera triggered their eyes. She noticed that they all looked so happy.

The bottom photo Harlow wasn't in it anymore. It was just the two boys and they were laughing. They had bright smiles and their eyes were open. But they weren't looking at the camera. They were looking at each other. The camera didn't pick up on their eyes so she could see the look they were giving each other. Amora noticed how in love they looked together. She felt sorry for the boy asleep in the front.

He left to protect his family. He had no choice. But it broke him more than anything else. Theo started shifting in his sleep. He was murmuring something. Amora couldn't make it out. Just then Theo woke suddenly with a deep breath and looked around unaware of his surroundings. His claws came out in defence and his eyes glowed a vibrant purple.

"Theo, your okay. Your with me amora. It's okay." He calmed down quickly but his claws refused to retract.
"Theo, can you put your claws away?" He shook his head and lay his head back against the seat trying to relax. Amora climbed into the front seat.

"What happened?" She asked carefully. The light of the street lamps lighting up her face perfectly. She had blue eyes and brown hair. The ends bleached. Shoulder length.
"Bad dream." He admitted. His tried to focus but his claws would not go back in.
"What was it about? You don't have to answer but it's better to talk about it."

"When I got sent to hell, my sister Tara ripped my heart out over and over again. I killed her when I was nine. And the dread doctors used her heart to make me into a genetic chimera. She wanted it back. When I got out of hell every time I closed my eyes i saw it. Again and again. When I was with Liam the nightmares stopped. I haven't had them in month. My sister is back in beacon hills, she's probably worried about me. She was revived and you already know the story. So I don't know why it happened again."

"What can I do to help?" She asked the boy.
"You can't. No one can. I remember the night they stopped. I don't remember why. But it was the last night I spent in my truck. I started staying with the pack after slowly they stopped. Then they were gone for good when we saved my sister." All they did was sit there in silence.

Theo's claws still didn't retract. But he was calmer.
"We should get going. I'll drive the rest." Theo suggested.
"You should sleep. I can tell you didn't." Amora smiled at him and made her self comfortable in the passenger seat. They set off for the rest of the drive. It was another seven hours but Theo wasn't going to sleep anyway. He couldn't.

It was still relatively dark outside. It was nearing 4am. Liam was going to be waking up to go to school soon. And if Theo couldn't put his claws away then that wasn't going to be good for either of them. That's if Liam wasn't already awoken by Theo's sudden fear.

A few hours later they were driving through country road. Trees all around. It was now 9am and they had about 2 hours left. The sun was rising. The sky was a nice shade of blue. The trees swayed in the light breeze. Amora was just waking up.
