Liam decided to go to sleep earlier than usual. He struggled at first. He felt like something was missing. And ofcourse Theo was. In the end he got to sleep at around 11pm. Harlow was put to bed by tara who stayed on the couch. Harper and Alessia went home. Tara was going to school now at beacon hills high so it was just easier for her to stay there to get to school in the morning.

It was nearing 3:30 am when Liam woke up quickly panting. He felt scared. And he knew Theo had just had a nightmare. But he didn't know where the boy was to help him. And he had a feeling Theo wouldn't answer his thoughts.

Just then liam noticed his claws were out. He tried to put them back but couldn't assuming only Theo could bet he's the one that shifted. He just hoped they went in time for school. Liam lay back down in bed trying to get to more sleep before school.

Liam woke up at seven am by Harlow.
"Hey kiddo."
"Where's dad?" Liams heart broke at this. He didn't know what to tell her.
"He's gone somewhere but he will be back soon. Don't worry." She nodded and climb off the bed slowing Liam to sit up.

"Your staying home with nana today. I've got to go to school. But later we can do whatever you want." She nodded and ran off back to her room and waited for Liam to come in and help her get ready.

Liam got dressed and ready quickly and noticed his claws were still out. He made his way downstairs.
"Tara can you get Harlow ready. Theo had a nightmare last night and the claws won't retract." He lifted his hands. Tara nodded and went up to the girls room to get her ready.

Liam made breakfast for the three. His mom was going to be getting home within the next 10 minutes from a shift at a hospital then the two high schoolers would leave in 15. The girls came down quickly and they all sat and eat their breakfast. At 7:26 Lisa walked through the door and to the kitchen and saw the three all sat talking. Well, Tara and Harlow were talking. Liam hadn't said anything since she walked in.

"Liam, are you okay?" She asked her son. He just nodded and motioned for her to follow him. They walked into the living room and turned a corner.
"Theo left last night. I don't know where he's gone. Or if he's okay. He said he was coming back but didn't say when. And I'm not sure how to explain to Harlow if he doesnt comes back."

"I'm sure he's fine. He's a fighter yes? He will come back." Liam nodded and handed her two pieces of paper.
"He left these. Mason and Corey have one and so does alec. I'm not sure about anyone else." Just then Liams phone rang. It was a call from Nolan.

"nolan, im guessing you got a letter aswell?"
"yeah how did you know?"

"mason and alec have already called me this morning. what does yours say does it have any hints on his location?"

"one minuet we left it down stairs." A moment of silence followed. Liam guessed they were reading the letter.

"nothing. i can bring it over to see if you can find anything that we might have missed. something only you two understand?"

"sure, bring it tonight ill call a pack meeting. that way everyone that has a letter will know about it."

"okay. hes going to be alright liam."

"i hope so. thanks nolan."

Liam hung up the call. His mom had just finished reading the letters. She pulled him into a hug. It lasted only a few minutes before liam got another text saying lacrosse practice was in 20 minutes.

"Tara we have to go now."
"Okay!" She shouted back from the kitchen. She came into the living room Harlow following behind. Liam picked her up and gave her a hug.
"Have fun with nana we'll see you later."
"Bye!"
