Chapter 16

Riley's POV

This Amanda girl seemed really nice and I might actually have a new friend. I decide to talk to her so I tap on her shoulder.

"Do you want to come over after school?" I ask nervously.

"Sure! Where do you want to meet?" She says with a smile.

"What about outside the school at the front."

"Sounds good!"

I take out my phone and text my mom just to make sure I'm okay to have her over.

R: Can a new girl come over after school?

M: That's fine with me.

When the school day finally finished I went to my locker but I saw James so I decided to talk to him.

"Hey." I say.

"Hey, what're you doing after school?"

"I'm having Amanda over and were walking home."

"Can I walk with you guys and then just go to my house after?"

"Sure! I'm just grabbing my stuff so you can wait at the front of the school outside where Amanda is."

I walk to my locker and open it and then grab my bag with my stuff in it and head to the front of the school.

As I'm walking to the front I shut everything else out, all the looks at me, everything until I get outside. As I push open the doors I see Amanda and James kissing. I see Amanda smirk as I walk away tears starting up, but James catches up to me.

"What was that!?" I yell and point to Amanda.

"We were both waiting for you and then when she saw you she kissed me, I didn't kiss back but she held it until you got upset!" He half yells.

"I don't know if I can believe you, just give me the night and I'll talk to you tomorrow..." I sigh and then walk away.

I don't know if I can forgive James, but he's my only friend so I guess I kind of have to. These thoughts fill my mind as im walking home. Alone.

A/N: I wrote this chapter last night but it didn't save so I had to write it all again, the first time had more detail... Do you guys like updates everyday? Or every other day?
