Chapter 21

Jack

After I left their house, I started driving to Hiccup's place. It's sort of a long drive from Elsa's old house, so by the time I'll get there it'll be 2 or 3.

Merida moved in with him weeks ago, and I needed to talk to them.

I parked on their driveway and walked up to the front door. I knocked and waited for someone to answer. Hiccup opened the door and his eyes widened. He let me in and I sighed.

"What happened this time?" He asked and we both walked to their living room. Whenever something happens between me and Mr. Summers that stresses me out, I talk to Hiccup about it. We sat on the couch.

I've tried talking to Elsa about it, but I know that I'm not supposed to.

"Mr. Summers is making that magazine company put the pictures of me and Rapunzel out in public. And you know that I was forced to hang out with her those days. I have no idea how to explain it to Elsa because I feel like she won't believe me." I mumbled and Merida walked in.

She sat next to Hiccup.

"You need to tell her, Jack. If they're going to put the pictures out today you better explain to her before she sees them." Hiccup said and Merida nodded.

I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. I looked at my watch, and it was already 2:50.

We continued to talk about my problems, it's like the two of them are my counselors.

Before I knew it, it was 3:45.

I got off the couch and stretched. "I should get going if I want to be home before Elsa." I said and they nodded. The two of them engulfed me in their arms.

"Hope things will be okay. And remember our movie premiere in 2 weeks." Merida said and ruffled my hair. I grinned and hugged Hiccup after her, but the boy way.

I grabbed my wallet and phone before heading out their front door. I walked to my car and got in before driving back home.

On the way home, I got a few notifications from my social media websites, but I was too nervous to check them.

I pulled up in front of our house, and Elsa's car wasn't here yet. I sighed in relief and looked at my watch.

It was 4:50. She wouldn't be back until around after 5. I parked my car in the garage and walked into the house. I closed the garage and set my keys on the kitchen counter.

"Fredrick, do you mind putting my keys away?" I asked Fred and covered my face with my hands while resting my elbows on the counter.

"Of course, Mister Jack. Do you need anything else?" Fred said and I heard him pick up the keys.

"No, thanks." I replied and he walked away. I stayed in my position until my phone vibrated again. I gripped it and looked at the lock screen.

It was an Instagram notification, more like a 1,000+ notifications and people kept asking along the lines of:

"Did you really cheat on Elsa?! @Jack_Roberts"

"Wtf are you and Rapunzel dating now? 😱😡 @Jack_Roberts"

And more. I sighed and turned off my phone. After awhile, I felt my stomach twist and turn as I heard the garage door open. It closed and I heard heavy foot steps walk toward me. I looked at my watch, it was 5:50.

"Jackson Roberts." Elsa said angrily and I turned around.

There stood Elsa, her eyes slightly puffy with tear stained cheeks.
