Chapter 6

Elsa

We've been at the Caribbean for about a week now. On our schedule, we have two days off of shooting for the movie, Saturday and Sunday. And today was Sunday.

We actually shot on Saturday since we started on Friday. I kept thinking about when Jack kissed me... but I shouldn't be.

I was sitting in the living room of the house with Mer. Hic was in his room, video chatting his girlfriend.

Jack was wherever, hopefully not with Rapunzel. As I was about to change the channel, Jack took the remote.

"Hello, ladies. It's officially our day off. So, if you don't mind Mer, I would like to take Elsa out around the town." He said happily.

Mer chuckled. "Yeah, go have fun. I'll be waiting here." She said and I frowned at her as Jack pulled me up. I was already dressed to go out, so was he.

He walked me outside and I put my phone in my pocket and held my wallet.

"How exactly do you plan on driving us to the town?" I asked and crossed my arms. "Joe gave us cars to use, which would you like?" He motioned to the cars parked in a line.

I pointed to the white one. We walked over to it and Jack grabbed the keys off of the top. We both got in.

"Just to be clear, this isn't a date." I stated and buckled my seatbelt. "Of course. It's just, friends hanging out." Jack said and I nodded. He started the car and started to drive away from the house.

"Are we suppose to tell someone we left?" I asked. "I already did before I asked you out. Uh, out to the town." He said and grinned.

I rolled my eyes at his grin and looked out the window.

"Where do you plan on going anyway?" I asked and I heard him sigh happily. "Just out, to town. Maybe we can go souvenir shopping." He said and I grinned.

I put on my sunglasses as I rolled down the window.

"Why'd you open it?" Jack asked and I watched as the people on the streets started to chase the car.

"It's hot in here." I said and Jack chuckled. "It's because of me." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever. Hurry up, I want to get out of this car." I said and Jack grinned.

We drove for a few more minutes and ended up parking by some souvenir shops. We both got out and Jack put his sunglasses on.

Not that many people noticed us, so that's good.

"Let's go into this shop!" I said happily and dragged Jack inside.

Jack wandered off into the store as I looked at some snow globes for Anna. I picked one up and before I knew it, there was a crowd around the store. I waved at a few people and continued shopping.

I picked up a snow globe for Anna and a bracelet for mom. I paid and started looking around for Jack. He was looking at some jewelry. Each looked the same...

"What's that?" I asked and pointed at the one he picked up. "A necklace."

"Is it a special necklace? The rest look exactly like it." I said and he grinned. "Each one says something. I'm buying this for you, once you start noticing stuff, you'll understand." He said and bought it.

I gave him a confused look. He put it on my wrist and looked at it. He grinned before letting it go.

"Let's keep shopping." I said and we both walked out of the store. As the crowd surrounded us, I felt Jack grip my wrist and pulled me through the chaos.

Jack

I looked at the necklaces in confusion. An old lady that worked at the store walked up to me.

"Need any help, dear?" She asked nicely. "Yes, what do these necklaces have that make them unique?" I asked.

"Each one looks the same once you look at it. But once you look at what's within, it's different." She said. She took one.

She went to the biggest bead, a heart. She pulled out a key from her pocket and put it in a barely noticeable key hole on the heart.

It opened and in it revealed the words "I love you" written in cursive on a mirror.

She closed the heart and attached the key onto the necklace.

"You can give this to the girl you brought here with you. I saw the way you look at her. It's not something you see everyday." She said and handed me the necklace.

I blushed and thanked her. "How much does this cost?" I asked.

"It originally costs 25 in American dollars. But I'll bring it down to 10." She said and I heard Elsa come.

She asked about the necklace and I explained to her. I got it paid for and put it on her. Before we went outside, I thanked the woman again.

"Thank you. What is your name ma'am?" I asked. "My name is Sandy, and no problem."

Elsa and I walked out of the store. I gripped her wrist and pulled her away from the chaos.

We continued shopping and looking around until Elsa got tired.

We made it back to the car and started driving to the house.

She kept looking at the necklace.

"Jack, can I just say something? Ask for a favor?" She asked and I nodded as I kept my eyes on the road.

"Let's play a game." She said seriously.

"Let's play a little game, Jack Frost. Let's pretend that we love each other. We'll kiss each other. We'll act like a couple. And whoever falls in love first, loses."

I gave her a confused look, why ask that all of a sudden? But damn...

"May the best actor or actress win." I replied and we quickly shook hands.

The thing is...

I think I've already lost.
