Colin quickly pulled Jennifer from the courthouse and through the back exit. He held her hand tight as he looked around frantically. His expression quickly changed from worried to frantic within a matter of seconds before Jennifer began to grow angry.

"What is it?" She asked desperate for answers. When he didn't respond, she planted her feet firmly on the ground and refused to move.

"Colin! Tell me."

"Trust me. Just follow me." He ordered as he led her through the haunting alleyways and eventually out through a main street. He tore her from one side of the sidewalk until he got into a cab across the street. Colin gave the driver the address of a place Jennifer had not heard before.

"What the hell is going on?" She asked, her frustration now directed completely to him.

"Cynthia knows about the cabin."

"Are you kidding me? What are we going to do? Where are we going to go?"

Colin froze for a minute and looked at the ground. "You are going to a hotel-"

"That didn't work so well the last time."

"Let me finish."

She nodded. "With Lana. You will be guarded heavily with police officers-they know about her and how dangerous she is."

"Where are you going to go? I'm not letting you leave me alone. Not again."

"I'm going to be with Josh Dallas and Ginnifer-staying with them. It's better for us to be split up...just for now."

"So our first act as a married couple is to split up?" Jennifer asked producing a frown.

"Just for now my love. I guarantee you the most sensual night of your life...when it is safe. Until then we'll communicate through Ginnifer and Lana. It's safest."

Just then, they pulled to a house where Lana was on the porch.

"She knew?" Jennifer asked as she looked betwixt Lana and Colin.

He nodded. "I got the text as you were trying on the dress. We came up with the plan...."

"I am not going without you."

"If you want there to be a future for us, a father for this child, then we have to do this." He said as he pulled her close and kissed her. But this kiss was strange. He kissed her as if it were the final kiss. The last they would share. Jennifer sensed this and tears began moving down her cheeks.

"For our future." These were Colin's last words to her before the driver disappeared into the night.
