Many tears since we last talked
I have known you most of my life
You saved me from myself
Far too many times
I love you still
But I had to walk away
Our time just wasn't right
And I couldn't bare to sit back
And watch you begin to hate me
To loose all faith in me
I know I hurt you
There still lies room in my heart for you
Although I know you've moved in
I know you loved me
Far deeper than I was able to love you at the time
We had that childish type of love
Like summer days
And fun and games
I miss the way we used to be
When we were younger
