Chapter -17 New set of Problems

Mikael 's POV

"Where to? " Alicia asked.
"To the guestrooms, follow me. " I said.
"You two don't have to follow us everywhere. I am sure you have your own works to do for day. I know where we have to go." I told both of my brothers as I and Alicia climbed the stairs in front of the main doors of the packhouse.
"I will go to the guest room and you will go to your room, right? " Alicia asked.
"I don't think I have my own room in this place anymore. Mr. Wulfric must have put it to use as soon as he sent me away for not to waste the space on someone like me. " I replied with hatred evident in my voice.
"He sure is something. " She said.
"He is. " I replied. Shawn and James have not left us and were just behind us hearing every word that we spoke. They came in front us and opened the main double doors of the packhouse revealing the very big living room with many people there busy with their own business. Children playing, teenagers watching tv. , adults working.
The moment the doors opened I and Alicia became the focus of every pair of eyes present.
The murmurings started and after a few moments some cute teenager girls came to with papers and pens.
"Oh my God Lucifer we are big fans of yours." One of them said, almost shouted with excitement.
"You are so good at singing and dancing and with everything. " Another one added.
"Oh.... Lucifer you are my crush. I've watched your every show, every movie and attended every concert. You are the best. " Another one said.
"Would you mind giving us your autograph? " They said in sync with absolute admiration in their eyes.
"Mika I guess you have new suitors. I have to inform Damon about this. " Alicia joked.
"Not before I eat you up little munchkin. " I said to her. Then I focused my attention to the girls in front of me and said, "I would be honoured to be in you service. " And then I took each of the paper and signed them , then the girls went off crazy about the autograph they have. I bet they are going to show it off to their other friends. But the thought that no one actually knows me didn't push me off the edge just, it's more like I expected it.
"You are more famous that we expected. "A voice laced with disgust broke the light mood of the area and the moment I heard I knew whose it was. My father and former alpha Mr. Eugene Patrick Wulfric.
"I work my ass off to get where I am today. To reach the level where 'The Wulfrics' have to beg me to come back, when they are the ones who tossed me away like nothing all those years ago. No wonder that no one actually questioned my presence here. I bet anyone knows who I am actually. And those girls who were just hare are now busy fantasizing how would they show off their autographs rather than thinking that why is Lucifer here? You have done a good job at hiding the truth." I said as I held Alicia's hand and our luggage and went towards the side where the guest are situated.
Reaching there I was just going to ask a servent to tell which rooms were prepared for us when James stopped me.

"Let me show you. " He said. He still seemed nervous and like he would explode any minute. I had observed him from the second he emerged from the forest cut earlier today and the conclusion that I got is that the reason for his strange behavior is Alicia. He kept stealing glances every few minutes and even stared her sometimes since earlier. I have got a hint what is happening but I hope I am wrong, if not a whole new set of problems would find the door to enter in our lives.

He showed Alicia her room and waited at the door as she settled in.
"Hey man, I need a bit of rest too. Would you please do me the favor and show me my room?" I said.
"Uh... Yeah. This way. " He said and showed me mine two rooms down the hallway. He opened the door and and I entered the room and looked around. It was ok, acceptable. I saw James leaving . To confirm my theory I called him.
"James, wait. I want to talk to you about something."He looked at me and pondered upon something. He face showed that he didn't want to talk, well atleast not to me.
" It's about Alicia, I guess that would intrigue you." I said and sat on the bed.
"Fine." He said as he came in.
"Close the door first. I don't want unrelated people to know about this. " I said and he obliged.
"What about Alicia? " He asked.
"What about her, you tell me? " I asked back.
"What do you mean? " He replied.
"Come on I don't live  in a pack doesn't mean I don't know how everything works here. I am not stupid and I have eyes too. " I replied.
He didn't answer back and looked away like hiding something.
"She is your mate isn't she? " I finally said and he widened his eyes at my words.
"Well whatever it is. She won't stay here. She'll go back with me." I said firmly and his already wide eyes widened more.
"She wouldn't do that to me. " He sort of yelled.
"First -you won't ever raise your on me, and second- Alicia can do whatever she wants. If she wants you than I will do anything in my power to let you be with her despite Mr. Wulfric's decision but if she doesn't then I will not let you stay within a mile radius of her. " I replied.
"That doesn't mean that she won't stay here. " He said.
"Oh she won't, trust me. Even if she accepts this." I said.
"I'll prove you wrong." He said.
"You can try. " I replied.
A moment later he opened the door to move out but stopped and said, "Father said that he wants you at the dinner table. " And left.
