•Chapter 13

~Lisa~

I snap back into human form as I watch as Jennie falls unconscious to the ground. I ran to her taking her in my arms worried.

"Jennie" I speak quickly and she doesn't answer "Jennie my love wake up, come on wake up" I remove her. I look for a wound but it doesn't have it, I only see the same flash that came out of it in one of her hands where I discover a heart-shaped necklace while it turns on and off again. Surprised, I take the stone and put it away.

"Lisa, we have to take her inside to be checked" says Jisoo while I take Jennie in my arms.

"Rosé, take care of the injured alphas and pick up the dead" I order and she nods.

I hurriedly walk into the house where I climb to the top carrying Jennie to my bedroom.

"Come on, love, do not do this to me again, wake up" I whisper.

As I head for the door, my mother walks in with a concerned look on her face.

"My daughter, are you alright? Didn't you hurt yourself?" Touch my face and look for a wound.

"No mother, I'm fine, the one who is not well is Jennie, she fainted" I point to her and my mother approaches her.

"Lisa, I could see that flashing light. Tell me daughter, did it come out of it?" She asked without taking her eyes off her.

"Yes mother, what is it?" I asked for.

"You'll know later now, don't look for a doctor, I want Yuri to be brought, she'll know what to do" I nod disconcertedly and leave, leaving my mother in the bedroom.

"Alpha Lisa, our women are safe in the shelter and the guests have already left our lands, no one is injured, all their women are in perfect condition" says one of my guards.

"Perfect. Now I need you to bring Yuri, it's urgent. I want you here as soon as possible." I order and he nods heading to the exit.

I get to the garden where everything is already cleared.

"Alpha" Rosé arrives towards me "Everything is ready, the two injured alphas are already being healed."

"Perfect. Now I want to talk to the general to find out what happened to our security and why those bastards were able to get to us."

~Jennie~

I open my eyes bewildered feeling a great pain in my chest and my head. When I open my eyes I find Laura talking to a girl.

The girl was quite tall in a green dress that gave the appearance of leaves. She was barefoot, a flower crown rested on her head and some arrows on her back.

"Oh, she's awake" Laura says and the girl with eyes so gray that they give the appearance of being as white as snow turns to my direction. watching me carefully.

"Now I see what you were talking about Laura" Says that girl.

"I didn't want to believe it until I recognized the flash of light."

"What are you talking about?" I said puzzled.

"Tell me Jennie Who gave you this necklace?" Says the girl showing me my mother's necklace.

"My mother" I hesitate to speak. "She died when I was 8 years old." I said remembering that and fear settled on my chest.

"Everything agrees Laura" Said the girl.

"This is strange Yuri, Hyuna said she had lost the baby" My mother's name mentioned by Laura chilled my system.

"How do you know that my mother was called that? And why are you talking about a baby?" My chest throbbed and the girl now named Yuri approached us.
