•Chapter 22

3 months later

If I can say anything about these months, it is that I have made a lot of progress. Both with Lisa and Yeri's practices.

I already had enough confidence with Lisa without having to embarrass myself all the time or blush, which was a point in my favor. On the other hand, if she was jealous before, now she was jealous and possessive, she wouldn't even let me breathe near a boy or girl or even Rosé, who was her best friend.

By the way Rosé and Jisoo are mates.

A piece of news that makes Laura happy but not Lisa or her father who until now has not gotten along with me at all. When Lisa found out, she wanted to hit her poor friend and after a warning she left Rosé blank as paper, she accepted their relationship.

I have talked more with mom through the waterfall and that reassured me more since at least I maintained that communication with her. So far my stepfather hadn't tried anything and that kept Lisa on her toes, tripled the security and she kept herself out of it.

For my part, I tried to be more and more prepared to know how to control my virtues that up to now no one knows how great it is or can become.

That has been these three months and I can say that 5 months ago I had not felt as good as now. So good it's scary.

"Beautiful" Lisa spoke, who was sitting in front of me reading her herd report like every morning.

"Uhm..." I mumbled paying attention to her.

"What are you thinking about?" She ask

"Nothing" I smiled feeling the heat in me.

"You're red.. You were thinking of something" I deny hiding my blush and she laughs hoarsely narrowing her eyes.

"Okay it's fine" she gave up and then "By the way, Jisoo asked me if you could accompany her to help her choose some dresses" she drank her coffee.

"Alright. I don't see a problem" I eat my fruit.

"Alright. Now I have to go" She gets up from her seat approaching me planting a kiss on my lips.

"You have to go? Stay a while longer" I asked getting up from my seat and embracing her torso stronger than before.

"If you get like that, how do you want me to go?" She murmured "But I have to do it princess" I raised my head fixing my eyes on her.

"Okay but don't be long" I murmur and she lowers her head to kiss me.

"This thing that you are so tall is a bit difficult for me" I murmur between kisses and she smiles.

"I love it" Kiss my nose "now I'm going little girl, see you tonight" She gives me one last kiss and leaves.

I watch her walk away with a smile on my face. I sigh lightly and turn to face Lisa's father.

"Oh sir" I bow slightly taking a step back. He kept his gaze serious and something hard then sighed, his frown loosening.

"Come with me" He said with his hoarse and heavy voice. I didn't refuse and I didn't answer either, I just followed him.

We walked to the garden where we sat facing each other. He looked at me for a few seconds while I watched as he debated talking to me about something.

"I want to apologize" he murmured heavily, I looked at him surprised, stunned by his confession "I didn't treat you well when I met you and I haven't been relating much with you but I have realized that you love my daughter from the way you look at her and she loves you too. It's the same look that I gave to my Laura" he confesses "After all, you are destined to be and I have to know how to put aside things from the past, I just want my daughter to be happy even if we don't get along so well."

He shrugged his shoulders. I was stunned by what he just told me. It was something unusual that we went from a "Good morning" to more than 3 sentences together in one day. It was an achievement and now that he said this left me speechless.

"I-I'm sorry, I-I .." I tried to continue but he interrupted me.

"You don't have to say anything, just think about what I told you. I want the best for my daughter and if being well depends on you I have to do it" He clarified.

"I'm sorry sir, I have nothing against you so I don't have to excuse you." He nods giving me a successful attempt at a smile. To what he could.

"I still don't understand why I should fix myself so much if it's just a test" I say for the 5th time when I look in the mirror.

"I just want to take pictures of the costumes and makeup to know how everything will look together" She says doubtfully at the end I raise an eyebrow and then I'm convinced.

"Well, since you took your photos, I'll go take this off" I start walking towards the door.

"NO!" I was startled by her scream.

"What?" I turn, looking at her questioningly.

"I want us to take some in the garden. Shall we go?" I see it doubtful.

"Why is it dark in the garden?" Point out the window.

"Because...because we're just going for love of the moon goddess!" She suddenly takes my hand, starting to walk down.

I see Laura with a smile sitting on the sofa near the entrance, she winks at me and I look at her without understanding.

She leaves me at the garden gate and the first thing I see is a path with lights. But not the lights that are always on if you are not there, they have a decoration cascading from the smallest to the largest.

I look back and Jisoo is not there, I stay for a few seconds and then I start to walk inside the path leading me to the back of the house that connects with the forest. In the distance I see Lisa's men and deep down I calm down a bit.

In the middle of the path another path begins with flowers and torches on the sides. I was already getting an idea of this when I saw a big white tent with several flowers on top and a line of lights falling on the roof. A perfectly decorated table for a romantic dinner and all this was on top of a bed of rose petals. Next was Lisa. A perfect black suit and perfectly coiffed hair, she was waiting for me with a smile on her face.

I reached the end of the trail with a smile as she looked at me with adoration on her face.

"Hey" It was only what could come out of my mouth in those moments ...
