•Chapter 14

~Jennie~

I sat on the couch that was in front of the big window, just watching without moving. I was still in shock from what I had recently learned, not every day people find out they have unreal powers.

I look at the sky and it's pretty clear without a cloud and a light blizzard blows through the window. I put my hand to my chest and my charm is gone and that's when I remember the girl took it. Someone knocks on the door and after a few seconds come quietly, come up to me and sit next to me. I see and it's Lisa.

"Hello beautiful" She smiles at me and approaches me making me lie on her chest and the tears that until now I had held back came out nonstop "Hey pretty, please don't cry. I don't like to see you cry." She picks me up and makes me look into her eyes, then wipes my tears with her finger and brushes the strands away from my face. "What was it that mom and you talked about for you to get like this? I deny" "After thinking for more than 10 years that my mother was dead, now she is supposed to be alive. Lisa I am not human, I am the daughter of an earth fire nymph and daughter of Magnus the son of the God of the seas." Lisa looks at me with remarkable impression on her face "and I'm like that because, well, it's a lot of information to process and I'm stunned. And no... I'm not.

"Hey beautiful, see the bright side. You already know that your mother is alive even if she is hidden. That's something Okay." seat.

"Yes, but I don't know about her, I don't know where she is, if she had more children. If she still remembers me" I raise my shoulders "I'm sure she doesn't even remember me anymore. And I'm afraid that if we meet again it won't be the same because of all the lost time and the time she thought I was dead." She handed me her handkerchief.

"Beautiful, surely your mother remembers you. She thought you were dead, she didn't leave you with that man" Take my hands.

"There's also the fact that I have powers" I stare at her "what do you say about that? It's just that only a month ago I didn't know anything about this and see me now. They're looking for me to kill me. I have dangerous powers, my mom lives and I have a father and now it turns out I'm somebody's twin Soul" I let go and she sighs "I'm a mess right now."

"No, you're not. You are the most beautiful girl my eyes have seen, the sweetest and most tender and the one who can effortlessly brighten my days with just a smile. You are not a disaster and if you are you are my disaster and the most perfect. It doesn't matter what you are or where you come from, the important thing is that you are you and all that makes you special. Don't cry anymore I don't like seeing you like this" She whisper everything and in the end I smile.
"Okay, it's okay honey, come here" She hugs me and we go back to the first position she accommodated me on her chest and I sob silently while she runs her hands through my hair in silence.

~Lisa~

I run my hands slowly through her chestnut hair and I realize that she fell asleep in my arms. I pick her up bridal style and lay her on the bed where I strip her shoes and cover her up.

We haven't been a month and I feel like I've lived and been with her all my life. I fell in love with her from the moment I met her and we have that connection because I feel her and I know she feels it. Now with all this, she is very affected and it hurts me because I see her fragile and weak and I don't want to see her like this. I want to see her happy and smiling as well as how beautiful she is.

I walk out of the bedroom and see Jisoo walking out of the gym room sweaty and in skimpy sportswear.

"Jisoo." I turn to her and look at her disapprovingly "you show too much skin, don't you think?" I pointed.

"Little sister, it's gym clothes, what do you want me to train dressed as a nun?" She raises one of her eyebrows.

"No, but at least you cover something else. There are a lot of hormonal kids here and they can all see you and I don't want to have to.."

"Please, I already told you now let me be that I'm busy for your overprotective little sister scenes" She kisses my cheek and starts to go up the stairs,

"When you find your mate we will see if he or she will agree that you use that" I yell at her and hear how she laughs.

Seulgi our personal chef comes out of the kitchen and watches me from afar then bows and walks over.

"I want you to prepare something to eat for Jennie and take it to the bedroom. I don't want her to be woken up and tell the housekeeper to keep an eye on her please."

"Yes Alpha, Excuse me" said and leaves.

I hear heels clicking on the solidity of the place and then an incredibly shrill voice.

"Lisa! Sweetie" Irene approaches with an excessively concentrated smell, an incredibly short dress and heels with a point as fine as a pin.

"What do you want now?" I ask tiredly.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go have fun tonight like in the old days" She approached me passing a hand around my neck that I quickly removed.

"Irene, I already told you. I have a moon and I'm not going to let her down just for one night with you. I already explained to you before that ours was only until we found our partner, no feelings."

"I didn't say there would be, I just said"..

"Irene. No is No. That's enough and you understand, Goodbye."

She stamps heavily on the floor and leaves.

~Jisoo~

I held on to the railings of my balcony, sighing from the fine gust that whipped my hair. I looked down and there were guys in full training. It reminded me of the days when dad trained me and Lisa as kids. I smile at the memories.

Her smell reaches me and I don't flinch, I just let her get closer. She reaches me and wraps her arms around my waist.

"You won't pretend to have me behind you all eternity" She whispers in my ear and I hide a mocking laugh "I wouldn't mind doing it but it would be better to take advantage of all this, don't you think?" She turns me making us face to face and I see a smile on her framed face.

"What I think right is that we should talk to Lisa first" released "she won't like the idea that her little sister is with me, her best friend. I know your codes."

She laughs lightly "She's going to kill me, she already warned me not to touch you."

"Well, I think I'll be banned until we talk to her" I sentence trying to separate myself.

"I love forbidden things" She takes me by the cheeks and kisses me.
