9. Leaving Endor

The next morning we prepared to disembark . It was bitter sweet . Endor had been my home for the last eight months.  I look up and see the Ewok chieftain coming from the forest.
I smile and make my way to him.

" My friend you did not tell us you were leaving."  He states

" I am sorry my friend. But a bounty hunter is after me and my children. "

He looks around me and see's Hunter carrying Cassian and Cross carrying Rory.

" are they the fathers?" He asks innocently.

I look over my shoulder at the two men. I shrug as I bend down.

" They might as well be."
He stares at me for a moment.

" I would like to bless them before you leave my friend. For all you have done for my people." I nod at him.

" Cross.., Hunter could you bring them over here for a moment?"

They look at each other and comes towards us.

" Bend down gently. The chieftain wishes to bless the children."

" I, Kreegraat chieftain  of the Ewoks bless these children and males of our dear friend Princess Zaralina."

He reaches into his pouch at his hip and mashes some kind of blue herb in his hand. He smears it onto Hunters right cheek , then Crosshairs left cheek. Then he reaches for my hand and I'm placed infront of them. He then smears the herb onto my forehead .

" you males haven proven to protect Zaralina. You Hunter shall be her protector from the right  and greatest confidant as well as her lover. You Crosshairs shall be her stoic protector from the left . You shall cherish her for she is more precious than the rarest jewel. Do you promise to love her? Protect her , provide for her?" 

I look at them and clear my throat and translate because I can see their confusion

" He wants to know how if you promise to protect me and the children. Wanting to make sure that as long as we are with you , that you  will help provide and take care of me and the children." 

" Of course we shall." Hunter states
" For as long as you need us." Seconds Cross.  I smile at them and turn back to the chief.

He  nods as he pulls red herb  from his pouch and mashes it together with the blue , making a beautiful purple.

" You. My little star lights are destined for greatness. I see many things in your future. But what I see for certain is that your mother and Fathers will be there to help you."
Wait what? I look at the chief and go to interrupt but he glares at me.
I remain silent as he continues.

" You will meet a second set of twins that you will help take back the galaxy and restore peace. Luke will fall for Aurora. Cassian will find a woman unlike he has ever seen. She will come from a different dimension. One where our world is only a myth.  But they will be happy.  "

He grabs my hand, then Hunter rights , then Cross' left. He ties our hands together then says

" this union will have trials. But love each other. Be there for each other. Protect each other. For Vader will try to take the children. You are now one."

I gasp as I feel a bond form into existence. I hear Hunter and Cross gasp as well. I feel connected to them.
" chief what just happened?!" I ask

" You are to slow to express your feelings. I moved it along. You are married." 

" IM MARRIED!!" I screech

He giggles " Yes Zaralina, you would have eventually ended up with them. I just gave you a push."

I roll my eyes at him as he laugh.
" this is for all the times I pranked Master PLO isn't it?"
He shrugs and saunters back into the forest. But calls over his shoulder
" May the force be with you Zaralina."
I'm standing there with my mouth gaping open in shock. I slowly turns to the two men and gulp.

" Zara what just..." begins Hunter
" I'll tell you both later. " I feel anger that isn't my own  coming from him .

I just can't believe what just happened. I feel concern coming from Cross.
" I'm alright Cross. Let's get the babies settled and I'll tell you what happened."
I see shock come from them both.
I brush past them and go back into the ship. Moving to the cockpit  I see Tech already going through the pre-flight checklist.

" Are we ready to go?" I ask
He looks at me and nods.
" We are going to Ord Mantell. I believe CID may have some information on why Cad Bane is hunting you."  I stand and tap his shoulder.
" I'm going to go secure the babies then I'll come back up here and help."

" Zara, go take care of the little ones. Rest , we have this. The Marauder is already loaded. So we are all clear to go as soon as you give the word."  I sigh as I run a hand through my hair.

" Thanks Tech."
He nods as he turns back to the control panel.
We are leaving Endor. Finally.

I feel Hunters anger and Cross's nonchalance. I'm married. To them.

" Oh Force help me."
I feel a tug on the new bond and I dread this next part.

Having to tell them what the chieftain did. I had no idea what he was planing until it was to late. I find them in my room watching the twins. I sigh as I come into the room.

" Zara what happened with the Chief ? Why can I feel your emotions as well as Crosshairs? What in the world happened?" 

I throw myself face down on my bed and begin to cry. 
" Aw Jawa Crap.... Zara whatever happened it's ok...."  Says Hunter . I look at them  as tears roll down my face and utter seven words that changes our lives forever.
" No you don't understand, he married us."
