Chapter 30

*screams*

"Demi! Your rats out!" Hailey screamed.

Demi came running down the stairs and scooped up milkshake.

"Her name is milkshake and she is not a rat." Demi huffed before walking back to her room.

I was walking to the living room and found Rose watching the fresh prince of bel air with Sam laying on her.

"If I didn't hate that dog because she peed on my pillow, I would think this was cute." I said as I sat down on the couch.

"Hush, my shows on." Rose said not even looking away from the tv.

I pulled out my phone and smiled because I got a text from Michael. I opened the message and instantly frowned.

We aren't coming home as soon as we would like.

Why?

They set up a couple more meet and greets for us. sorry babe. but I promise that as soon as we finish the last one in hopping on a flight and coming home.

I turned my phone off and sighed. This is going to suck.

***two weeks later***

"Rose and I are going to the store." Hailey said as she picked up her bag.

"Ok." Demi and I were watching old Disney movies. right know we are watching sleeping beauty.

Rose shut the door behind them and Demi giggled. I looked at her and she just looked at the tv.

"Demi..." I said stretching out her name.

"Jilly..." she said mocking me.

"What are you giggling about?" I asked.

She continued giggling.

I shook my head. She probably ate some pot brownies or something. Wait, where would she get those anyways? Why am I thinking about pot brownies?

Demi continued giggling. What ever, I'm going to the bathroom.

I slowly made my way to the bathroom. When I was done I walked into the kitchen.

"What? She's going to be pissed if she finds out." Demi said.

I walked into the living room and sat back on the couch.

There was a long pause until she said anything or even made a sound. When she did I think it broke my ear drum.

"Really! OMG!" Demi jumped to her feet and started to jump up and down screaming.

"When!?" She asked when she stopped jumping up and down.

"I love you guys!" There was a pause, "I won't. Ok bye."

Demi hung up and ran up the stairs without saying a word.

***Demi's POV***

My phone started to ring and I smiled when I seen Calum's face pop up.

"Hello?"

"Hey babe. I need to tell you something, but you can't tell Joey. No matter what."

"Ok." I said giggling a little.

"Michael lied when he said we were staying longer."

"What? She's going to be pissed." Joey sat back down on the couch and continued watching the movie.

"I know, that's why you aren't going to tell her that. We are coming home soon and I mean soon."

"Really!! OMG!!" Excitement filled my body as I started jumping up and down. Calum was laughing, He knows I'm crazy.

"When!?"

"We are actually at the airport right now. Listen," The phone must have been put on speaker because I could hear...Ashton saying jiggly puff?

"I love you guys." I said smiling.

The phone was clicked off of speaker phone and I heard Calum speaking.

"Don't tell Joey. You can tell Rose and Hailey, just not Joey. I have to go our flight is boarding."

"I wont, ok bye." I said smiling.

When he hung up I ran up the steps to my room. I called Hailey and rose so I could tell them. When I was done I laid on my bed smiling.

There was a knock on my door and Joey came in.

"Demi, are you on drugs?" She asked.

"What? No." I said furrowing my eyebrows.

"Ok, just asking."

*****later that day*****

**Michael's POV**

"I spy something...blue." Luke said smiling. I hit my hand on my head and sighed.

"For the last fucking time. The sky." I said glaring at him.

"No! It's Calum's shirt." Luke said loudly. Calum and Ashton were asleep across from us.

The woman behind us shushed at us. Luke apologized and turned back around.

"I spy something...yellow." I said smirking. Nothing that I can see is yellow. This should keep him busy for a while.

Luke began to look for something yellow as I just looked out the window. It was starting to get dark and we still have another 5 hours on this plane. I closed my eyes briefly and soon fell asleep.

"Michael!" Luke said.

"What?" I groaned.

"I found something yellow!" He whispered loudly because people were sleeping.

"What." I asked, rubbing my eyes.

"That little girl two rows in front of us, she has a yellow bow in her." He said smiling happily.

"Shut the fuck up." I grumbled quietly.

"Don't swear!" Ashton whisper yelled from across the aisle.

I rolled my eyes and tried to fall back to sleep. All I could think about was how I will soon see Joey again.
