I stepped carefully, making sure not to step on my dress, and to keep my eyes up staring at the handsome man standing at the end of the aisle, waiting for me. I paid no attention to any of the people standing and watching me as I made my way down the aisle, no one else really mattered right now just Jon.
I smiled wide, and took my final step. He looked amazing, and I couldn't believe I was actually marrying him after everything we've gone through together, here we are.
After that night in Ottawa, Aaron and I started talking and he quickly became my best friend once again. Aaron, did everything to get Jon and I back together, claiming he knew we were both still in love with each other. Eventually, Jon and I stopped fighting Aaron and went out together, continuously saying it would just be one date... And now here we are.
The ceremony went by so quickly, I was shocked when it came down to saying "I do." After everything, this was the man I was going to spend the rest of my life with, and I was completely sure he was the one I wanted.
"I love you." Jon smiled, after everything was finished and we made our way outside for pictures.
"I love you too." I smiled, kissing him quickly.
"Congratulations!" Christina sang, as we all gathered together for pictures.
"Thank you!" Jon and I both replied, plastering smiles on our faces, as the photographer started snapping pictures.
We headed back inside, after what felt like hours of having our pictures taken and made our way back into the ballroom, which had been rearranged for the reception. Jon and I sat at our table with our wedding party and had dinner.
"So, are you happy to be Mrs. Gallant?" Alayna asked, while we ate.
"I am." I told her. "I've been waiting for this since I was 14."
"You're both so cute together." Lindsay smiled. "I'm so happy for you both!"
"Thank you." I smiled at her.
As soon as dinner was done everyone started dancing, and of course the group of us embarrassed ourselves much like we had at prom. I guess you can't expect much from a bunch of people who can't dance.
"You look beautiful." Jon told me, as we swayed to a slow song.
"Thank you." I smiled, kissing him. "You look handsome."
"I tried." He chuckled.
"You don't have to try, you always are." I told him.
"I'm glad you think so." He said, kissing me.
"I can't wait to leave though." I laughed, pressing my face to his chest. "My cheeks hurt from all this smiling, and I'm tired of being around so many people."
"You're so nice." Jon laughed, shaking his head. "It's almost over, just thirty minutes until we kick everyone out and head up to our room."
"Thank god." I laughed.
"I know." He agreed.
I couldn't help but feel happier than I ever have been, I've always been in love with Jon, and this is what I've wanted since the day I met him. This man meant more to me than I could even attempt to fit into words, and he was finally all mine, again.
A/N: I hope you guys liked the ending. I let my friend Jordan pick who Devon married, and he just randomly picked a name so it ended up being Jon! I'm sorry if you're disappointed. This was the final chapter, and I'm now going to start working on something new. If you guys want me to write something, feel free to leave me a suggestion! I'll even write something for you, if you'd like. Just let me know! I hope you liked this! xx Jess
