Move on.

That's what (Y/n) keeps telling herself. she needs to move on, it's so obvious that Ayato only saw her as a good friend. someone that can easily accompany him as he works in his office or on a walk in the bustling city of Inazuma.

So why?

Why is it so hard to move on? she's been in love him for 2-3 years now, so surely she can move on, right?

Laying in bed, (Y/n) stared at the blue flowers that were now sat beside her on the nightstand. placed in a nice vase with water, the blue flowers could only stare back at her.

Blinking slowly, (Y/n) thought back on how she fell in love with Ayato.

When he was the first person to celebrate her 17th birthday to introducing her first boba drink. he was her every firsts, and last.

"I hate this."

Mumbling to herself, (Y/n) knows she doesn't deserve Ayato. he's too good to be true, so why out of all people did she had to fall in love with him. there's many other beautiful noble women waiting for him, waiting to take the spot of being his wife.

His lady, his love, his significant other, his world.

Just thinking about Ayato marrying another woman just feels painful. watching how they would look at each other or seeing them side by side all day.

Don't get (Y/n) wrong, she wants Ayato to find someone that can make him happy, but is it wrong? is it wrong to be selfish for once?

She was taught to never ask for too many things and should just wait for things to come. so why did her feelings had to happen? why can't she get rid of the annoying butterflies in her stomach or the light feeling in her chest?

Does she regret loving Ayato? that simple, but deep question always spiral in her little head and there's always no one answering her.

The insecurity gets the best of her. from being the black sheep of the family to a witch in the city. no one dared to comfort her when she's in pain, no one dared tried on talking to her, and no one even dared to even make eye contact with her.

That is until he came along.

It was like an angel coming to her life and blessing her all the love she needed. even if it was unrequited.

"No matter what, my heart will always belong to you." is what her grandpa would always say to her grandma. she remembers how her grandpa would always fight for her grandma's love before they married each other. no matter the consequences or the results, as long they're together, nothing else matters.

"Should i fight for his love?"

(Y/n) quickly sat up from her laying position and widened her eyes.

'Fight for his love?'
