After the ice breaking game session, everyone left for lunch. Their lunch hour was quite long, it's 2 hour.
Group C was the first group to finish, so Shelley, Carys, Hanna, Rion and Prim walked together heading to the canteen.
Rion and Prim were still sharing Asian cultures with each other, Shelley apologized once again to Hanna.
Shelley put her two palms together in front of her face, "Hanna, I am really sorry just now, to get you eliminated."
Hanna pull Shelley's hands down, "It's not your fault, Shelley, don't worry about that anymore, and it's a game, I even regretted defending my own feet."
"I also regretted standing up for wolves," Carys got eliminated because of a question Rion asked, so she shot him a hard glare, "Rion here, did it on purpose, right?"
Rion was asking the new 'Carys', "Which one do you prefer, foxes or wolves?"
And the girl who was Carys that time, answered with hesitation, "Foxes?"
That's the time when Carys stood up for herself, "Wolves!" That one word, got her knocked out from the game.
Rion was walking at the back, he heard Carys' question, and shrugged his shoulder, "sometimes we need to be savage."
His words got everyone laughing except Carys, who finally slapped on Rion's shoulder to release her tiny anger on him.
"Wolves are the best!" Carys still defending her favorite animal, making everyone laughing even harder.
They got to the canteen and found the biggest table in it, since they knew not long later, their friends would be joining them.
After knowing that Prim, the exchange student of Easton Bay High, doesn't really know anyone from their school, Shelley invited her to join them for lunch, "I will introduce you my friends."
"Thank you, Shelley, that's so sweet of you." Prim was so grateful for that.
Shelley wrapped her arm around Prim's shoulder, "This is what I should do for my very first Asian friend."
Rion, who sat beside Prim, glared at Shelley with a very confusing look on his face, pointing at himself with his finger, as if asking "what about me?" without saying any word.
Shelley explained, "You are born and raised here, you're American, not completely an Asian."
"Shelley, Rion, where's Carys?" Cohen wasn't pronouncing Rion's name wrongly anymore.
Since the sound was coming from their back, all of them turned around to see Cohen and Mason with their friend, Elijah, whom Shelley didn't really familiar with, she heard Rion replied, "Carys is buying lunch with Hanna."
Shelley looked at Cohen, raised an eyebrow, then added, "And don't you say you want to keep your relationship a secret?"
Cohen was looking around for Carys while saying, "Keeping it secret doesn't mean I can't talk to her."
"You got your point." Shelley nodded her head, and spotted Carys who carried a tray with some fish and chips on it, "There she is."
"Oh, you came?" Carys saw Cohen and his friends, greeted them with a smile, "They sell pepperoni pizza here."
Cohen was trying to look for the pizza on Carys' tray, "Why don't you buy one for me?"
While Carys and Cohen are talking, Shelley whispered to Prim, "That's Carys' boyfriend, one of the sponsors' kids, to avoid conflicts, they are now keeping their relationship a secret."
Prim nodded her head and made a "OKAY" hand sign after listening to Shelley.
"I don't sure what you want, they have lots of choices here, go take a look," Carys put her tray on the table and sat down on the chair, she looked at Prim who was sitting just right in front of her, "Prim, I saw they serve fried rice here."
"Really?" Prim was craving for some fried rice on their way here, they all knew she was starving.
"Since you guys are here, I am off to buy my lunch now," they were sitting there to occupy the table, "let's go Prim."
Rion, Mason and Elijah also followed, Cohen asked them to buy the pepperoni pizza for him so that he could spend some time with Carys, with Hanna as the third wheel.
Rion and Prim stopped at the Asian cuisine corner, Elijah was already ordering the food he wanted, while both Shelley and Mason still wandering around the stalls.
Mason then stopped in front of a window and called Shelley, "Shelley, they have mac and cheese here."
Shelley then rushed there and looked at the mac and cheese, it looks good, so she ordered that, "I want some Mac and cheese please."
"You have such a sweet boyfriend." The canteen lady looked at them and said.
Before Shelley could deny it, Mason said, "I'm not her boyfriend."
Shelley could only nod her head, "Yeah, we're just friends."
The canteen lady looked surprised, "What a shame, you two could make a cute couple."
Shelley didn't know what to reply the canteen lady, she just smiled and thanked her while she passed her the mac and cheese.
She didn't know what Mason's reaction was since she was too timid to look at him that moment.
At last Mason bought himself a burger, just like Elijah, and also bought Cohen the pepperoni pizza he asked for.
When they're heading back to the table, Shelley met JJ, Lucy and Xenia who were coming to buy some food too, so they greeted each other.
Shelley noticed Mason went straight back to the table and sat down on the chair beside where she sat just now.
