Chapter 28: clones vs clones

(I couldn't think of anything for the picture do here is Natsuki's mangekio sharingan in shippuden)

"Guys, look"

I said deactivating my sharingan and pointed at the giant dead centipede with a kunai in its head I killed earlier

"Hey what the big idea"

Said Naruto

"It's a genjutsu, we were so concerned about not being spotted that we didn't even notice we were walking in circles"

I said and they all looked at me deactivating my sharingan

"Nee-Chan, what do you think their game is, you would know out of any of us"

Said my brother and Sakura looked a little insulted but she knew he was right

"Their probably trying to wear us down when we're frustrated and exhausted so we can't make fast decisions"

I said and they all nodded in agreement and then squelching noises were heard and enemies emerged from the tree branches and there were hundreds of them but they all looked the same

'Clones'

I thought and sakura and Naruto gasped, kabuto didn't do anything and Nii-Chan and I just glared as they all started approaching

"Well dobe, you wanted a fight"

Started my Nii-Chan

"And it looks like your getting one"

I finished and smirked

"Four against forty, I like those odds"

Said blondie and I could hear the smirk in his voice

"What are they"

Asked the clueless pinkette

"Their clones, and a lot"

I said and I heard her whimper very quietly

"Like cornered rats"

Chuckled one of the clones and Naruto punched it in the gut, but it didn't disappear, no instead it's body turned into goop and Naruto's fist went right through it making him fall

But as he hit the ground instead of melting like I thought they would a replacement clone crawled out from the wound

'What the actual, fuck'

I thought keeping my stoic face blank of all emotions

'What is going on here'

I thought and then heard the very, very quiet noise of my twin activating his sharingan so I activated mine and the clone that was still halfway inside the one it just crawled out of tried to attack Naruto

"NARUTO LOOK OUT"

Yelled my Nii-Chan and threw a shuriken that cut off the clones arm, the double clone turned to us and threw it double sided kunai at Nii-Chan but instead of moving, he froze

"Nii-Chan!!"

I yelled and pushed him to the ground and the kunai came straight at my stomach because the clone clearly didn't want to kill my Nii-Chan, just put him at a disadvantage, however

However if put me at an even bigger disadvantage because it pms red itself right into the scar that Zabuza made when he nearly cut me in half, I started bleeding out quick

"S-sakura"

I called and she rushed over and threw off the coat I was still wearing

"Okay, 3,2,1"
