Chapter 45: reunion part 2?

Natsuki POV

After a moment of sitting on the three tails back a giant crystal pillar came out of the water and on top of it was guren and yukimaru and no longer than 20 seconds after it came out of the water, it shattered

And they both fell in

I used my manipulation jutsu to move the chakra in the water water so the waves would push them over to shore while I tried to find a way off this beast

Out of no where the beast ducked under water, swam around a bit, ate some fish and then came back up to the surface finally allowing me to breath

The beast was about to go under again so I let go and let my body float to the top as the beast went down into whatever caused that whirlpool

As I was sitting on top of the water I swam over to guren and yukimaru on the shore

When I got there guren was sitting over yukimaru who was out cold and flushed red

"What happened"

I asked walking over and accidentally startling guren causing her to throw a crystal at me that missed by centimetres

"Natsuki, you're a medical ninja, right"

She asked me and I just nodded, I'm technically not but I do know how to heal tissues and muscles and other things

"Come heal him, he has a high fever"

She said looking back down at yukimaru, I walked over and rolled up my sleeves before putting my hands on his forehead to try to lower his temperature just enough so he's comfortable but still killing whatever caused the fever

After 20 minutes I removed my hands for a moment to regain chakra and he opened his eyes and said in a hushed tone

"I found the place for me to return to, it's with you"

He said and then fell asleep again and a few minutes later I got back to lowering his temperature

Half an hour later and we heard a sound coming from the crystal scouting orb guren made to show us when anyone get close and when we looked I saw Naruto running around in our direction

'He just doesn't give up, dobe'

I thought using mine and my brother nickname for him and chuckling to myself

"He'll he troublesome if he gets any closer, I'll go deal with him"

Guren said and started to get up but I grabbed her wrist and said

"I know his weaknesses, I'll deal with him, also he has a soft spot for me"

And she just nodded and sat back down with yukimaru

I jumped through the trees and saw him crouching down and threw a kunai at him that he dodged and then he turned to me looking angry but as his eyes landed on my form they softened slightly letting me know he still had a crush on me

"You should be more careful, you never know who could be following you, dobe"

I said but when I used his old nickname I saw him smirk slightly

"Nat"

He said trying to keep his eyes on my face, attempting to not look at my form considering last time I was wearing my brothers shirt and he hadn't seen how I'd matured

"Spying all alone, your lucky I'm here and not guren, I might just have some mercy on you"

I said standing up straight and I pulled my katana and attached it to the magnetic holster on my arm
