Chapter 22: The interview

Natsuki POV

Nii-Chan, the other two and I were walking to the givin location after our sensei told where exactly the 44fh training grounds were

After we got there Anko was standing there and we were at the front of the crowd of genin standing in front of her

"welcome to the 44th training ground, or as we call it, the forest of death"

she said and I heard a few gasps coming from the crowd

'lame name'

I thought and rolled my eyes.

I turned around after hearing something moving through the grass and see the same stupid square rock with eye holes in it

'really guys, now? This is the chunin exams not a playground'

I thought annoyed with the children, Naruto started walking but the box followed him, so he started running

'this is the same scene as before'

I thought and after Naruto yelled at the box for being an obvious disguise it blew up just like before

"I think we used too much gunpowder"

said the honourable grandson, as much as I hated calling him that a had to because he was the son of lord third, the young boy and his friends introduced themselves the same as before

"—- and together were the konahamaru ninja squad"

"ya I knew it was you now what do you want I'm getting ready to take the second stage of the chunin exam"

said Naruto

"we're not here to play we're here on business"

said honourable grandson putting both hands on his hips like he was proud, of like my mom when she used to get angry

"ya we came here for an interview"

said Moegi stepping in front of her male teammates

"we came here to get a story for the academy paper on the chunin exams so we wanted to interview you boss, please do it"

asked Moegi, Anko walked over what was going on and why he's holding up the continuation of the exams

"sorry konahamaru said something about an interview"

"oh right lord hokage said something about them interviewing me, Alright everyone we are gonna take a 10 minutes break!"

she said raising her voice for everyone to hear

"Hey I thought I was the only one being interviewed"

said the self centered baka

"nope but you are the most important"

said the honourable grandson and they started the interview, I wasn't really paying attention I just walked over to Nii-Chan and sat down by where he was standing ignoring the perverted stares of everyone else and we just talked

I wasn't paying attention to the interview until I heard Naruto say he was practically in a relationship triangle with Sakura and I, all three of us, Sakura, Nii-Chan and I all went up and punched right in his stupid empty head

We went to walk back to what we were doing but I felt a little tug at my belt and turn around to see Moegi staring here holding a loop in my shorts

"would you mind if I got a story on you"

she asked looking a little embarrassed

"um, sure I guess"

I said hesitantly and walked over to a shaded area with her

She started asking her questions and I answered truthfully "so miss Natsuki-" "just Natsuki, please" I said cutting her off "ok, so Natsuki your always wearing that earring, where did you get it" she asked and I had a flash back.

It was my 6th birthday, mine and Sasuke's both, we had just gotten back from playing outside and Aniki was there with mother and Fugaku, mother was holding a black and a white wrapped present and Aniki was holding a red one, Fugaku was just holding a dark blue one, mother called us over and handed me the white present and Nii-Chan the black one and told us to open them, Nii-Chan got a toy shuriken and I got a bracelet, it was black and white with a little red rose charm, it was gorgeous, I put it on and Fugaku handed
Nii-Chan the dark blue present and inside was a toy kunai to go with his shuriken 'of course he didn't get me anything' I thought and then Aniki came over and placed the big red box in between us and told us that both of ours was in there, we opened it and Nii-Chan got a necklace like Aniki's

He doesn't wear it because he hates Aniki, and I got my earring

I always wear mine because even though what he did he is still my Aniki and I love him.
(End of flash back)

"My Aniki gave it to me on my 6th birthday when he got Nii-Chan his necklace, Nii-Chan didn't wear it though because he hates Aniki, Aniki is a nickname I have for our big brother" I said clarifying "is he the one who..." she started and trailed off "yes he is" I said and then heard Anko say that the 10 minute break was up and we walked back over.
