New girl At Hogwarts

FINAL TASK

It was the day of the final task of the Triwizard Tournament and Harry and Cedric having the highest points, is allowed to enter the maze first.
'Good luck, Harry.' Veronica said as she gave Harry a hug and also wished Cedric good luck.
She heard Dumbledore say that this was the most dangerous task.
And she was worried for her friend.

<Hours later>

It was hours later and Veronica was getting more and more worried.
One of the teachers had to go get Fleur from the maze after a red flair charm was shot into the sky.
Then suddenly, Harry and Cedric fell onto the ground.
The groud cheered. Not realising what had happened.
When Harry wasn't moving his position and Veronica got worried, she noticed something. Cedric wasn't moving either.
Fleur let out a horrid scream and the music instantly stopped.

Dumbledore rushed towards Harry.
'NO!' The boy screamed when the headmaster tried to pull him off of Cedric.
'Harry, what happened?' The old wizard asked Harry as he knelt down.
'He's back! Voldemort's back! Cedric...' The dark haired boy was tearing up with sobs. 'He asked me to bring his body back.' And then Harry broke down sobbing. 'I-I couldn't leave him! Not there!'
Cornelius Fudge came to the scene. 'A boy has just been killed.' He told Snape and McGonagall a moment later.
Amos Diggory came running through the crowd. 'THAT'S MY SON!' He cried sinking to his knees. 'NO!'
Veronica was crying as well but she got a hold of herself when she saw Mad-Eye Moody take her friend away from the scene.
So she knew she had to follow.
Coming to do the door of Moody's office, she realized it was locked.
So she pressed her ear against it to listen off.
'Where there others?' She heard Moody ask. 'In the grave yard, were there others?'
What type of question is that?!
'Well...I don't think I said anything about a grave yard professor.' She heard Harry say. She knew she had to get in there somehow!
She tried to open the door but failed. She heard footsteps and turned around to see Dumbledore, McGonagall and Snape.
The old wizard shot the door open with a spell and the 3 of them hurried inside and Veronica followed.
But she froze and watched the whole thing unfolding. Not sure what to even say or do or think.
'Polyjuice Potion.' She heard Snape say.
Well now they know who was stealing potion ingredients from Snape.
Good to finally know.
Finally it was revealed that Moody was an imposter. The Polyjuice Potions wore off and it was now someone else.
'Barty Crouch Jr.' Dumbledore adressed the man.
After a moment of silence, the headmaster told Snape to notify Azkaban to tell them that they just found their missing prisoner.
