Little did you know, you would meet Jaskier again after two months - he came back to the village, to that same tavern, he wanted to find you. And he did. Seeing his face and hearing how he and the Witcher had parted ways made your heart jump, maybe he didn't have to leave this time.
You had ended up spending the whole evening together - and the next one, and the next one. And after two weeks, you two were almost constantly together. You were walking along the streets, Jaskier always holding your hand and sleeping in the same bed. Some thought you were already married, but you just were so deeply in love that you couldn't stay apart from each other.
"I know it sounds crazy but I knew I would love you before I even met you." Jaskier smiled at you as you were sitting on your bed after waking up.
You raised your eyebrows. "Oh?"
"Yes, because you're that gem that shines from across the room - I felt it the moment you walked into the tavern."
You let out a giggle, Jaskier knew his way around your heart to make you blush furiously, even after all these months of daily flirting. He had been in many beds and flirted shamelessly everywhere, but after he had met you, everything seemed to lock in place as he had decided to settle down with you. With you, he had found home and happiness, and you hoped your happiness would never end.
