- So he makes you sit down, preferably lie down and close your eyes.

- He talks to you with a soft and quiet voice, as he has noticed it helps you more than using his normal voice.

- He holds your hand if you want and tells you to breathe as calmly as you can.

- He reminds you that you're not gonna die from it.

- He's going to sit there until you calm yourself.

- And after that he might snuggle up beside you so you'd hear his heartbeat and become completely calm.

- Afterwards he might sing you your favorite song from him and that gets you to smile every time.
