It was the middle of the night. The full moon was at its highest, shining the brighter than ever. The cool night breeze came and brushed against a young man's hair as he walked slowly between the trees. His attention is focused on something small and orange; a fox. He quietly creeps closer to it, making sure to face the wind so the animal doesn't smell him approaching, and stays as quiet as possible, ready to jump on his prey. He licks his lips at the idea of biting into its warm flesh, waiting to be close enough until finally he can attack the little orange animal. In a split second, he pounces on the poor fox and bites into its neck, fangs out, drinking its blood.
The young man is so focused on his prey he doesn't notice the trespasser just a few meters from him, a vampire of around his age with glowing green eyes in the darkness of the trees. Suddenly, his eyes meet the young man's, who freezes and growls deeply, not recognising the smell of the other vampire.
A Jeon... he thought, realising the unknown smell that was overwhelming his senses came from another vampire clan. Why is he on the Kim's territories? He was about to open his mouth to ask but the enemy jumps onto a tree and runs away as fast as he can. The young man gets up and hurries after him, in hopes to catch up to him and teach him a lesson, but it was too late. The enemy vampire had already left and all that remained behind him was this strong and unique smell that bothered the young man for some reason...
