When I had come back from Renzo's office I knew everyone knew why I'd been in there for so long. My cheeks were red with embarrassment for having our business be so known. I wasn't receiving the kindest looks from Rebel who obviously had felt some sort of claim over him. I had never asked what was between them because I never wanted to know.

Out of all of them it was Pandora who spoke up. "Getting your bonus from the boss?" She teased me, but it made me flush red again. Dallas laughed but told her to shut up. "Like you haven't tried" Dallas stood up for me.

She had gotten a new weave done up in kinky curls that looked beautiful around the structure of her face. Tonight she was in a bold orange piece.

"Have all of you slept with him?" I couldn't help asking even though I told myself I don't wanna know. "Not all 40 girls, but a handful of us...sorry babes" Dallas patted my arm as she walked by with a bag of money they'd swept off the stage after her set.

Teagan was out on the floor doing lap dances tonight, but Moretti snagged her, so she's yet to be back here again.

Pandora walked closer to me and again I felt there was something off about her. "Why? You didn't think you were special, did you?" And it was the way her tone held amusement in it that stung me. I know I'm not special to him, but in our moments of passion he can really make you feel that way.

I'm just one of these girls to him though. He's hooked up with a bunch of them, and I can't even imagine how many more he has outside of work.

"Hey Pandora, wanna come talk for a minute?" I asked her softly as the girls all started spreading out to do their own things. She looked hesitant but nodded and followed me into the office. Once I shut the door I waved her to have a seat on the sofa so this didn't feel so formal, and possibly uncomfortable for her.

"I just wanted to ask if everything is alright with you? I've noticed you've been a little off the last few weeks" I smiled softly so she wouldn't feel attacked, because by her expression I could tell she seemed annoyed that I had even asked.

"I don't know what you're talking about" she whipped her hair over her shoulder to show me attitude. I could smell liquor on her breath, but that is allowed in the club during work hours, so long as it's drinking with a client or the two drink limit at the bar.

It's the eyes that would always tell me something was up. That jitter. Pandora crossed one long leg over the other and looked at me like she was the one judging me now.

"Is this because I called you out about Renzo? I'm only speaking what everybody already knows. He gets around and you're a new pussy. It's a passing attraction, somebody should warn you" she shrugged. My stomach soured at her words but I wouldn't show it.

"This isn't an attack on you, Pandora. I'm being genuine when I ask...I thought I heard you in the bathroom the other day and I don't know-" I was cut off from my nervous rant when she jumped to her feet.

"Mind your own fucking business, new girl. You don't know what you're talking about" her demeanor took a 180 and she was seething mad now. "You were sniffling" I tried pressing forward with my reasoning for questioning her.

I was shocked at her reaction. Instead of denying it or arguing with me she grabbed a fist full of my hair and yanked me off the couch. I wasn't prepared for it at all, so I tumbled forward into the coffee table making a loud sliding sound of the furniture as it moved with me.

"Oh my god, Pandora, stop" I reached up to unclench her fist, but she wouldn't let go of me. I have never been in a fight in my entire life, nor would I ever want to. She was yelling stuff, but I was so shocked and just focused on trying to detach her hands that I wasn't listening to a word of it.
