Things that happened before the train ride .

Who is this Carmen Sandiego ? This gorgeous lady in red . Well she's definitely not Blacksheep . Gray thinks about her a lot . As soon has he saw her picture , he fell in love with her . He fell in love with VILE's arch nemesis . But he also had hatred for her . How is this even possible ? How can he hold hatred for someone he loves so much ? He needs to see her . Just once .

Gray was walking in the halls of VILE academy . Every room holds a memory of his time with Blacksheep . That's right , Blacksheep . Blacksheep is his best friend but Carmen Sandiego is his arch nemesis but also the love of his life . 

Gray pushed those thoughts away and walked into Dr.Belum 's class . It seemed like she was fixing some kind of robot . Oh not this again he thought . That's right it's Roby the robo robber . Dr .Belum used to ask Gray for help with that robot . A lot . And he used to get bored a lot so he is always scared when Dr.Belum calls him .

"Need help with that robo robber eh Doctor ?" Gray leaned on the wall getting ready his tools .

"Not exactly . I have a more important task for you ." Important task ? What dose she mean by this ? "Oh ?" he said making sure that Dr. Belum knows that she has his attention .

"As you know , the student formerly known as Blacksheep has been causing a lot of problems lately " He doesn't like where this is going . He did not want to think about her but the reason Dr.Belum called him was to talk about her .

"Yes"

"I need you to track her down and bring her back or kill her on the next caper ." Track her down ? Talking about her was worse enough but tracking her down and seeing her again can turn things into a mess . And killing her ? This is worse than anything .

"Are you sure I'm the person for this ?"

"Positive . And remember capture will result in consequences" Consequences ? He has to be careful .  

"Yes Doctor" He walked out of the room and set off to work . After all , tracking the great Carmen Sandiego was going to be hard .

"UGH" Gray shouted . It's been almost 5 hours and he still did not get any ideas about how to track her . "Come on mate , what happened to your mind ?" He laid on the bed and closed his eyes for a few seconds ."Alright , relax and it will come to you ." He turned his head and saw the Russian nesting dolls on the bed side table . When Carmen left VILE , He took her dolls and kept them safely in his room . Whenever he sees them , it feels like she's with him . It feels like the old times when she was there . He gingerly took it in his hand and that's when an idea struck him .

It's almost time . Gray started getting the dolls ready . He kept them in a cupboard with a tracker on them . He worked really hard for this and it just has to work . He did not want to do this . He wanted to see her of course . He wanted to get answers of why she left VILE but seeing her can make things worse . 

His thoughts were interrupted by footsteps coming from the entry door of the room . Its her . He ran to a wardrobe and hid himself inside . The door suddenly opened and there she was . Gray opened the wardrobe a little so he could see her . Goodness ! She looks even more gorgeous than in picture he thought . He watched as the vault opened , but her eyes seemed to be drifting somewhere else . The dolls .

Carmen just saw something that hasn't seen in a long time . Her old Russian nesting dolls . This made her gasp . She got closer and closer to them but she had to look away because of the knocks on the door . She quickly hid the eye of Vishnu and grabbed the dolls . She was bout to keep it in the bag but something stopped her . She saw something glowing . It's a tracker . She understood everything . A VILE operative is trying to track her . She took the bait anyway to know what's on their mind . But she wasn't expecting that one operative who was her first best friend .

(Time skip to the train ride)

It's time . Gray was walking inside the train , carefully following Carmen to a cart . His heart was beating faster than ever . He's going to see her and he was scared that he might make things worse . Dr .Belums voice kept ringing in his head . "Remember , capture will result in consequences"

His thoughts broke as he heard a female voice . It's her . He followed her to her cart and stood outside and keeping himself out of her sight . He knew that if he showed his fear she could knock him down . So he got a little confident and powered up his crackle rod and ...

"Well well "he said "A blast from the past eh ?"
