I popped in the Avengers and started watching it with my popcorn. I smiled as Tom, my friend, or known as Loki came onto the screen.

Just in the speak of the devil, Tom called me.

"Hey Tom!"

"Abigail! How are you?"

"I'm well. What about you?"

"Fantastic! Hey can I ask you something?"

"Of course! Shoot me!"

"Excuse me?"

"Tom, it's-it's a saying like 'okay what's up?' "

"Oh alright! My apologizes."

I laughed. "It's okay. So what were you going to ask me?"

"Oh yes! Uh. Abigail, I know we're friends, but would you do the honors of-er..."

"Tom, what's going on?"

"Ok, ok. I guess it's not that bad...Abigail, will you go out with me?" asked Tom, making me blush.

"See it wasn't that bad!" I exclaimed.

He chuckled and asked, "So what is your answer?"

"I'm not sure..."

"Oh...ok."

"Tom, I'm kidding. Of course I will!"

Tom laughed on the other end and I could just imagine him beaming with joy.

"Thank you, Abby!"

"No problem! It's a pleasure, Tom."

He chuckled again and said, "How does six o' clock sound to you?"

"Sounds brilliant!"

"Great! I'll pick you up then!"

"Oh and where are we going?" I asked with curiosity.

"Ah! That's a surprise, love. But wear something really lovely, okay?"

"Sounds great! See you then!"

We exchanged goodbyes. Realizing the movie was still going on, I paused it and I squealed. I'm going out with Tom Hiddleston! I mean he is one of my good friends, but still! This is fantastic.
