CH 10

LUKE P.O.V.

What's the point anymore? Two of my best friends absolutely hate me. I stopped at a gas station and walked inside. I took out some money and bought a bottle of water and a bag of chips. I walked back out and sighed. I pulled my phone out and dialed Tori's number.

"Hey Luke." Her voice sounded through the speaker.

"Hey love, can you come pick me up?" I asked.

"What's wrong? Where are you?" She asked worried filled her voice.

"Calum found out and I left. I'm in front of the gas station, the one we got those slushies from a few years back." I said.

"Okay. I'll be there soon. I love you."

"I love you too." I said before hanging up.

I stood inside waiting for Tori.

I heard the door open and I looked up to see Tori. She looked at me with a sad look before hugging me. I hugged her back and cried on her shoulder.

"Shh. Don't cry. Everything will be okay." She tryed to comfort me. Well it worked. I stopped crying and looked into her eyes.

"Promise me you'll stay." I said.

"I promise." She said with a nod.

"Now come on. You're staying with Liz and I." She said. I nodded and followed her to her car. I sat down and put my seatbelt on.

She started driving back to her house. She talked to me about how things are going to be okay. I have to be honest, if anyone else told me that, I wouldn't believe it. But when she says it, I believe it.

We got to her house, which I've never been to before. I got out of the car with my bag. I had a lot of stuff back at the boys house, but it didn't matter. I left some old clothes, the stuffed penguin Calum got me, and the guitar Ashton got me just recently. I have my old guitar, which I have many memories with.

I set my things down in Tori's room, she said I could stay in the same room as her. I walked into the living room to see Liz and Tori talking. I walked back and hid, listening carefully.

"No Liz. I'm not going to dump him, I love him." Tori said. Liz wants Tori and I to break up?

"Think about it. He could become friends with Ashton and Calum again. If you think about it, you're holding him back." Liz said. Tori shook her head.

"No, no, no. Liz I can't, I can't. I love him and, and I don't want to let him go. I don't want to go through the pain of not being with him again. I cant do it Liz. I can't break up with him." Tori said as tears filled her eyes.

Liz quickly hugged Tori. "Don't cry. I'm sorry, that was a stupid suggestion. Forget I said anything and go get Luke. How about we watch some spongebob?"

Tori smiled. "Okay!"

I smiled. I quickly went back into Tori's room and pretended I didn't hear anything. Tori walked in and smiled at me.

"Hey. Wanna watch spongebob with Liz and I?" She asked with a huge smile. I smiled back and nodded.

I followed her to the living room. I sat next to Tori and she snuggled up against me. Liz was so close to the tv.

"Omg Tori! This is our song!" Liz yelled. Tori suddenly jumped up with Liz.

"Hey everybody, it's good to be here at the Crusty Canteena. We've got a real special show for you'll tonight. Featuring my new best pal, this guy. He is an idiot." Tori said.

"So what are we going to sing about, SpongeBob? We are going to sing a song about friends. What kind of friends, SpongeBob? Well, listen up and I'll tell you." Liz said.

We're idiot friends!" Liz and Tori sang. I laughed so hard. They knew everything about that scene.

"Yeah! Idiot friends!" Tori shouted as they high fived. I leaned my head back in laughter.

"Hey! You!" Tori yelled pointing to me.

"Stop doing that cute thing you do. It's distracting me from the movie." Tori smiled. I rolled my eyes as she sat back down next to me. Liz sat in front of the tv again.

I kissed the top of her head and she looked up at me. Her eyes reflecting the light of the tv. She looked so beautiful. I put my lips on hers and she kissed back.
