We just finished with our entrées.

Now we are sitting and waiting, someone is going to make an announcement of some sort before we can eat dessert.

We are sitting at a table with a few other people.

We have made small talk throughout the night and so far it hasn't been that bad.

Elijah's hand on my inner thigh though is making it hard to act casual in front of Simon.

The guy walks up stage and makes his announcement.

I don't even bother to listen what he's saying.

I had to stop Elijah's hand because it's trailing a bit to close to where I wanted it to go, if you know what I mean?

A smirk forms on his face as I stop his hand.

"Why did you do that?" He asks me softly, trying to sound so innocent.

"You know why." I say to him as I can't help but blush.

"Are you listening, Eli?" Simon suddenly asks him.

"Yes, I am, Simon. Are you?" Simon asks him.

"No because I'm too busy trying to keep you off my sister." Simon says sounding irritated.

"And I'm too busy trying to set boundaries that you just don't want to accept." I say to him and stand up, irritated.

"Where are you going, Alana?" Simon asks me irritated.

"To the bathroom. You want to dictate that too?" I ask him.

He shakes his head, "No, sorry." He says softly.

"You want to join me, Melanie?" I ask her and she shakes her head.

"No, I'm good. Thanks, Alana." She says to me with a faint smile.

"Okay, cool." I say to her as I turn around and head straight to the bathroom.

I enter the bathroom and use one of the stalls.

After I'm done using the stall I open it and go wash my hands.

As I'm washing my hands the door of the other occupied stall opens.

Out walks the girl I've been caught staring at me multiple times throughout the night. She walks up and comes to wash her hands.

I don't know who she is but she's extremely beautiful and I haven't built up the courage to ask her why she's staring at me.

"It looks like he finally got you." She says to me.

I frown, "Excuse me?" I ask her as I dry my hands off and look at her.

"He finally got what he wanted, all along." She tells me.

"Are you Naomi?" I ask her.

She nods, "So, you have heard of me?" She asks me as she dries her hands off.

"Only your name. He doesn't really like to talk about you." I tell her.

"I can't really blame him after what I did. I wouldn't want to talk about it either." She tells me.

"Whatever you did, you did. You can't take it back. It felt like you needed to do it in the moment, and that's okay." I tell her as I walk and dry my hands off, again, to make sure they're dry.

"Have you ever cheated on someone?" She asks me curiously.

"No, but I've been on the receiving end of it multiple times." I tell her.
