Raising the kids
Zachary
"Zachary!" Cassie yelled, 9 month old Zach had run away in the middle of his mom changing him.At that moment Nate arrived home.
"Hey bud" Nate then noticed that his son was missing clothes and suddenly Cassie followed behind, looking a wreck.
"Hey honey" Cassie said exasperated.
Nate decided to let his wife rest and take care of his son's lack of a diaper.
Evangeline
"Daddy!" 4 year old Angel yelled.Nate ran in her room, expecting there to be something wrong.
"What's wrong Angel?" Angel had tears streaming down her eyes and snot coming out of her nose.
"I had a nightmare" she sobbed.
"What was it about?" "You and mommy said you didn't love me anymore." Nate looked shocked.
"Sweetie, your mother and I love you more than you'll ever know" "Okay, daddy" Nate then stayed with his daughter in her room and they fell asleep.
The next morning Cassie walked in the room with 2 year old Brooklyn on her hip and silently awed at the cute scene of her husband and her daughter.
Brooklyn
Brook was 2 months old and she hadn't cried since she got out of the hospital and Cassie was worried."Babe" Cassie called out to Nate.
"What's up" he answered.
"Have you noticed that Brook hasn't cried as much as Zach and Angel when they were her age?" "You're right, should we take her to the doctor?" "Yes"
They then got Marsha to watch their two older kids and took Brook to the hospital.
"Why hasn't my baby been crying regularly?" Cassie asked the doctor. The doctor then took Brook for testing.
"She's fine, some babies are just more quiet than others, and from that day on, they knew what kind of person Brook was going to be.
