9~ Brother?

I woke up late again today. Ughh I don't even know how I'm falling asleep these past few days because last I checked I could barely fall asleep. 

Well it looks I start to feel sleepy towards the morning but then I have school and can't sleep in but I mentally praise myself for taking a shower before going to bed. 

I quickly brush my hair and decide to leave it open because I don't have the time to put it into any specific hairstyle. 

Grabbing my backpack I run down the stairs and I almost bump into someone but stop myself just in time. 

I look up and its... Lorenzo's father .My eyes widen when he looks up at me with a scowl on his face. 

"Oh I'm sorry Good Morning Mr Rossi" I say quietly under his intimidating gaze. 

"God's sake what's wrong with this girl running round like a headless chicken" he says under his breath walking past me and ignoring my comment. 

I don't say anything and am about to run towards the door when someone else stops me. "Are you not going to have breakfast?" he asks. 

I don't even have to turn around to know that it's his voice. I turn around and see he's wearing his suit standing by the kitchen doorway. 

A few seconds later his mother also comes and stands beside him. "Umm I'm not really hungry and besides I'm running late" I reason to him. 

"Sophia darling you should really eat something before going to school it helps with the brain" she explains. 

I smile at her worrying for my health because even my own mother and father didn't care if I ate or not. 

"Thank you mama" I tell her and see a bright smile appear on her face at my words. I really liked her and she had treated me more of a daughter in the past few times I've seen her than my own mother ever did to me. 

I would've called her by her name but she didn't ever get the chance of telling me so I'll just stick with mama. 

"Come and eat now. There's pancakes and scrambled eggs" she tells me. I nod my head and follow her into the kitchen. 

Lorenzo also sits at the table and he's doing something on his phone. I decide to help mama bring the food to the table. 

"I don't want to be rude but I still don't know your name" I tell her, while grabbing the plates of pancakes. 

"Oh yes sorry darling I completely forgot that you still don't know my name. Andrea" she tells me. 

"That's a beautiful name" I compliment her. 

"Grazie tesoro" she tells me.[Thank you darling].

I sit at the table and put some of the pancakes into my plate. The smell of the food was really tempting and it smelt really nice. 

I cut a piece and put it into my mouth with the syrup and I have to stop myself from almost moaning at how good it is. 

I can feel a pair of eyes on me so I turn in the direction and see it's Lorenzo's gaze on me. There's  smile on his face and he's staring at me. 

"Like it?" he questions. I look down at my plate and back up at him.

"Yeah" I answer back. 

"Where have you been getting money to pay for the canteen food?" he asks. Panic starts rising in me when I realize he's going to find out. 

"Umm I have a bit of savings from myself but I don't" I say. He looks at me with a questioning gaze. 

"You don't what?" he asks impatiently.
