26~Really

I'm sitting in my office currently doing some work. I'd been distracted earlier or else this would've been done by now as I had promised the boys I would hang out with them tonight. 

I look up at the clock and see that it's just reaching 11. Where are the boys?

The sound of my door opening causes me to look up and when I see Lilah I sigh internally. She's been so clingy all day, it's actually annoying me. 

We had a quick fuck downstairs earlier, but she isn't that good, honestly. She's so needy and clingy in a bad way it's not nice. 

"Hey babe" she says trying to sound sweet. I simply stare at her not wanting to have a conversation with her right now. 

She decides to take that as an invitation and sits in the seat in front of my desk. I'm glad she's not sitting in my lap like earlier. 

It was so random as soon as she heard Sophia's footsteps approaching my office she dropped her ass onto my lap.

I ignore her presence and decide to just keep working until she leaves or the boy's come whichever happens first. 

"So..." she starts twirling a strand of her hair. "I was thinking, since I am your wife we should get married" she says looking right at me. 

I look up from my screen and give her an ' you've got to be kidding me ' look. "No" I simply state. 

That is the worst and absurd idea ever. Hell I'd go anywhere near her anymore, I mean sure we fucked but I've always done one night stands she's not going to be any different. 

"Why? I should deserve that as your wife shouldn't I?" she whines. I glare at her silently telling her to shut up because she's starting to get on my nerves. 

"Just go to sleep. I'll think about it" I say wanting to get rid of her as soon as possible. I mean I'm not really going to think it through but I don't have the energy to go through all that shit when it's an arranged marriage. 

I wait for her to leave the room before I start packing my work up and head out. Just as I make my way downstairs I see the boys entering the house. 

"Hey" they call out once they see me. 

"Hi" I simply nod back at them. 

"Where's Sophia?" Sebastian asks. I look around to see if she'd come at her name but she doesn't. 

"Probably in her room" I say.  I haven't seen her much today, I saw her after I came out the laundry room but we didn't exchange any words and she's been quite all day.

"Can you go call her, while I get the drinks for the game" Sebastian asks. I simply nod my head as he heads to the kitchen for the 'drinks' and Oliver goes to the living room.

I go upstairs and make my way to her bedroom. Once I get there I place my hand on the doorknob and open the door. 

It takes me a few seconds to even realise that there is someone in the room because of the darkness.

The lights are off and she's nestled in between her blanket and pillows staring straight at the TV, which is the only thing emitting a source of light in the room.
