The Letters You Left

I love this story, it wrote itself. When I first stared this book, I had no intention of where it would go. I thought that it would be about a couple and then one of them disappears and Jenna must find her boyfriend Everett and when she did her propose to her.

Well, if you read this book, that's clearly not what happens. I wrote this on the emotions I was feeling, wanting my Everett back. I slowly figured out where I wanted to go with this book and discovered how I would finish it.

I was so determined to have this as my first finished book. Jenna is purposely based off me. I made her like me as much as possible.

Jenna's journey is a mix of emotions. She wanted Everett back and when she got him back, Adam showed up.

I didn't add a whole lot of explaining the Adam thing but I like it the way it is. Adam and Jenna were best friends when she lived in her old town. She, her whole life up until this point felt like Adam was the one for her. I also thought my Adam would be the one for me.

I still have no idea who is, but with Jenna, once her best friend was out of the picture he was all she could think about. She forgot about Adam and how she missed him and focused on Everett.

Jenna focused on their memories and their past so much, she discovered a part of herself she had no idea she had. She loved Everett.

All it took was him going away to find all this out.

The way the story came together makes me feel as if anything could've happened to these characters because this story wrote itself.
That's how I write stories, I start with a chapter and see how it goes.

Well this story, it took many different turns and many different ideas went off in my head.

But this is the one that got published and finished so, I hope you like it just as much as I do.

I also just yesterday, which was May 5 2022. Edited some of the chapters to fix the story where Jenna and Everett aren't a couple but are best friends.

The first two chapters, it kinda seemed like the were so I just did some touch ups.
