It sounds as though the Galra empire is about to crumble and meet its end.
No one's POV
Krolia sat in the blades common room with Phoenix in her lap as she spoke with Keith about their upcoming mission.
"So... When is this other member going to get here?" Keith sat anxiously as he watched his mom with the toddler. Unknowing to him, the member he was waiting for was none other then the girl he has been missing for the last five years.
The alert to tell them that a ship had just landed rang through the speakers before a figure in Marmora armour walked through the door, their side having a bright yellow gash on it.
"Mama!" Phoenix's ears twitched happily as he ran up to them. They placed their blade on the cabinet and placed the vile in a shoot for Kolivan before picking him up, still not noticing Keith.
Krolia smiled as they deactivated their mask that helped cover their face. "Silver, I'd like you to meet the newest member of the blades."
Octavia stood stunned as her and Keith made eye contact. "Keith?..." She whispered as she placed Phoenix back down.
Keith didn't answer, but instead just stared at her. She had changed so much over the five years she was supposedly dead.
She had gotten a lot taller (obviously) and was a lot more slimmer as well. The happy light that always used to be in her eyes has faded and was barely noticeable now.
It was hard to put the pin on it, but this wasn't his Octavia anymore. She was like a complete stranger, not to mention the fact that she had a kid now too.
"H-Hi." He didn't know what to say to her. All the feelings he had for her came rushing back like a big flood. Octavia had small pools of tears in her eyes before she jumped forward to tightly hug him. Keith hugged back, still shaking slightly from all the shock.
He felt a small tug on his pants as the two pulled away. Phoenix looked up at him innocently and confused. "Are you Dada?" For such a clueless child he really how to fluster someone.
Krolia spat out her drink while Keith's face turned red and Via told the three year old off. "Phoenix! Be polite, what has mama told you about thinking before you speak?" She sighed and picked him up again.
"I am so sorry about that Keith- He's still learning about manners." She looked over at Keith apologetically, receiving a nod in return.
"It's alright, I forgive him. Who's his dad anyway? Is he someone that works with the Blades?"
Via's breath hitched at his questions as the memories of Lotor flooded back into her mind. "U-Uhm... Well-"

Heh- Well I finally posted again. I think I'm going to discontinue this story until I start writing in bulk again.
