The humans do not know of the existence of the Personifications in this AU. Well, there are some exceptions, such as some being worshipped as deities or from legends. But still, it's not like those two and many other Personifications who were previously worshipped as deities used their flag form.
It goes on to a legend in where humanoids come from the dark when the humans wage war on each other. And that legend is indeed true. Personifications (previously more commonly called as Representations) do go to war as high members of the military. And humans certainly do get confused on why there are suddenly a new general leading them.
So no, the Representations aren't famous most of the times. Unless they decided to pick up jobs and end up famous, such as being an actor or something along those lines.
