Normally, they reproduce normally. You know, I don't need to explain it to you. After all, the members of the fandom is pretty not innocent, so yes, there's no need to explain. And the Reprents don't really talk about this much, but eh, what happens, happens.
I try to keep it as least fantasy-wise as much as I can, so though I may not have a problem with your headcanons on how a Personification exists, I will stick with mind. The only fantasy aspect of that being their age and another thing, which I will talk of in a chapter or two.
