Izumi and Izuku were aware of their parents' jobs as pro heroes since they were 6. They were told that directly by their parents. They never had any reason to doubt what they said as they proof in the form of their pro hero licenses and their schools of U.A. for Toshinori and Shiketsu for Inko. Of course they were quick to tell Katsuki and Katsumi about this but that's besides the point. The point is that they had always known that their parents were heroes. It was part of the reason they wanted to become heroes. No, this is about something else in a way. For you see, despite the fact that they were aware of their parents' jobs as heroes, they were unaware of what rank they were and more importantly, their hero names. Well, it's been long enough in Toshinori and Inkos' eyes that they've kept this information from their children. According to them, it was time for them to have no more secrets. That's why Izuku and Izumi were kept home from school on this day while the Bakugous were invited over for this as well as all 4 parents knew that their children would need to know this information. Of course the day started with pleasantries from the parents before the kids were sent to do what they'd want while their parents had their discussion.
Mitsuki - "Are you sure about doing this so soon Toshinori? You know this could cause more harm than good for everyone. Them knowing that you two are heroes should be sufficient."
Toshinori - "As much as I wish it could be that way Mitsuki, we've decided that if we don't tell them now and stop with these secrets, it will only end up horrible later."
Masaru - "But even if that's the case, would it not be better to keep this at least until you're ready to pass One For All onto Izuku Toshinori? It could serve as a better motivator for them all to grow stronger to live up to you."
Inko - "Yes, while we understand that we could always go with the option, it could also cause friction between the four of them. We all know that they'll be strong individually, but together they'll be unbeatable. For their sake, we feel this is the best option Masaru."
Mitsuki - "Well, I suppose you'd know better on a subject like this than we would. I see no reason as to not do it your way then."
Masaru - "I agree with that. Then keeping their bond instead of breaking it will help them in the future."
Inko - "Then it's settled. Now we just need to tell them."
And so it was that the 4 had come to their decision. It took a short while to get the four who were working on their quirks or fighting styles to the same room for what would be one of the most important moments of their lives.
Katsuki - "So what's this about Mr. Yagi? I thought today was just a get together between families?"
Izumi - "Yeah. it feels so out of place and sudden."
Hearing this really did impress Toshinori to a great degree. He was aware that all of their children were perceptive individuals who could pick up on things, but he didn't expect them to come to a conclusion like that so quickly.
Toshinori - "Well, this is more than just a get together. What we four are about to tell you kids is one of the most important things we'll ever do."
Inko - "We can't have any of you not paying attention to this nor can we have any of you not properly understanding what's happening. I think It would be best if we let Masaru begin though."
Masaru - "Thank you Inko." **Cough** "Now, as you four know, Toshinori and Inko are Pro Heroes. They have been for most of their lives. Me and Mitsuki are aware that they told this to Izuku and Izumi. We're also aware that you shared that with Katsuki and Katsumi."
Upon hearing this, the atmosphere of the room darkened to a degree. This caused the children to think that they were in trouble for what they had done. Who could blame them though? Thankfully Mitsuki was quick to defuse the situation and remove any thoughts of punishment.
