It's been 3 years since the first and last of the prejudice against Izuku started and ended. Throughout that time, the students of Aldera had learned both to respect Izuku and fear the wrath of his sister and friends should they exclude him. Despite what you might think, the students were more than happy to include Izuku in most of what they did. Once they saw past his quirklessness, they were quick to see the value he held in things such as education and being a source of motivation to do better. Of course, the quality they loved most of Izuku was his seemingly supernatural aptitude for quirks. Even among those who spent their lives studying quirks, Izuku was among the best by the age of 8. Already he had filled out 13 notebooks of information on heroes or just any quirk. His knowledge of the subject seems endless. In each and every page of these 13 notebooks was a drawing of hundreds if not thousands of heroes. Each of these drawings was paired with an incredibly in depth analysis of the heroes personality, fighting style and most importantly, their quirk. Adding to this was the many drawbacks and advantages of every quirk and then some. They all had theoretical ways the quirk could be used, training methods to increase the quirks power and drawbacks and so much more. This advice wasn't just focused on heroes though as notebooks 5 - 7 was dedicated to the quirks of his friends, family, teachers, classmates and other students of Aldera. It was no wonder then that everyone had gone to Izuku at one point or another for advice on how to improve their quirks. For the majority of these people, it was more a common sense thing. One of his classmates who had a quirk that let him transform parts of his body into rocks wanted advice on how to increase his defense. Izuku was quick to point out that his biggest issue was that he was using his quirk on 1 part of his body and not a larger area. A short while of explaining later and he was already able to spread a less dense yet still formidable rock shield across the majority of his body. Another of his classmates could generate a cyclone of wind around their hands but wanted to know how to better use her quirk for defense and utility. Izuku quickly noticed that she could likely expand the size of the cyclones as well as rapidly make smaller ones to act as a short but powerful burst of air. Things like this happened continuously during Izukus years at Aldera, though he didn't mind much. He actually preferred things like this since it was just one small way he could help people. Of course, the people he gave the most advice to were his sister and best friends. To properly understand this though, you'll need to know what their quirks are and what they're capable of.
