“That’s the spirit Izuku! Now, eat this!”

“...WHAT!”

“Relax Izuku! In order to inherit One For All, you need to ingest some of my DNA.”

Izuku did want to refuse this option and beg for something else, but ultimately conceded and did something he would never speak of to anyone or anything ever again. All Might though was beyond proud. Izuku had been far more able and willing than even he was when he inherited One For All. All Might knew that the quirk was currently too strong for Izuku to fully utilize, but he would be able to use it, and that was what was important at the time. What was more important was that the training had taken far less time than everyone had thought. They all had assumed Izuku would be unable to inherit One For All until a week before the entrance exam, but instead he still had 2 months to train with One For All and adjust his body. Truly, Izuku was something special.

‘1 week later’

“Detroit Smash!”
Izumi was barely able to dodge that attack. The speed was beyond anything she had ever expected and the wind pressure that followed almost got to her. Despite this though, she was able to dodge and counter attack in a way Izuku hadn’t expected.

“Ragdoll!”

“Oh no!”

Izuku could only yell as he was flung from one side of the room to the other repeatedly. He’d need to note this potential counter attack and work around it in the future. Now though wasn’t the time to do that since Izumi was still busy throwing Izuku around like an abused ball. This only lasted for 33 seconds total though before Izumi had to stop due to a growing headache and a distinct tingling in her arms which suggested that they were about to give out. Izuku was well aware that this meant the end of training for the time being so Izumi could rest herself.

“Well. I think I’ve won this round Izu! You know the deal.”

“I have to cook lunch next time we’re alone”

“Exactly! Now, I think I need to rest cause my arms are gonna give out soon.”

“I thought so Zumi.”

And that’s what happened. While Izumi took the time to rest her arms and eventually fall asleep, Izuku busied himself with one of his many hero analysis notebooks. This notebook though was especially valuable to Izuku. It was so valuable that only he, his sister, and the Bakugous knew of it’s existence. While all the other notebooks he had were on heroes and their quirks, this notebook was exclusively on Izuku, Izumi, Katsuki and Katsumi. This simple 400 page notebook was precious because it held everything they knew of. It held all their quirks, their weaknesses, their strengths, limitations, usages and much much more. Izuku quickly flipped to page 344 and began writing. Details on Izumis fighting style, quirk usage and a new limit for her favored special move. Izuku them flipped back to page 199 and began writing notes on himself. No tingling from One For all at 2% was the most important of these notes to him. It showed how fast he was growing, and that was something he was proud of. Perhaps he’ll be able to add more for Katsuki and Katsumi soon enough.

Limitations/Weaknesses: Izumi's quirk being as powerful as it is poses a great risk to her own body as overuse can cause strain. At best, her body may temporarily shut down while further drawbacks include severe muscle damage, Mental strife, Internal bleeding and organ failure, If overused for too long, her quirk could force her heart to stop beating.
