It's been 2 long years since the truth was revealed to the 2 sets of twins. It's been 2 long years since they found out that they would all be inheriting a legacy seemingly impossible to hold. It's been 2 years since their training began. Both separate and together had the four children been training. On days without Toshinori and Inko, Mitsuki and Masaru had been going to the Yagi household to supervise the training of the four. Their main concern was of course Izuku since they were unsure of how much he would be able to endure without major injury. That's why it came as a complete shock to them when Izuku proved himself as more than capable in combat. At first, Izumi and Katsumi were scared they would hurt Izuku if they attacked him without restraint. This was proven wrong in Izuku and Katsukis first sparring session. Katsuki, despite knowing that Izuku knew basically everything about him, started with a right hook. He doesn't even remember why he decided to do that instead of leading with something like a kick or a faux strike which could lead to an advantageous position. Regardless, he went for his right hook without much thought otherwise. What caught him off guard was Izuku catching his arm and putting it in a lock before kicking Katsuki in the knee hard enough to put him on the ground. Only when he was fully on one knee did Izuku release Katsukis arm. This wasn't a gesture of the fight being over though since Izuku more or less grabbed Katsuki by the other arm before lifting him up over himself before using the momentum to slam Katsuki into the ground behind him.
That had happened on their first official day of training and things really continued to go the same way. Now it's been 2 years and Izuku so far has the longest reigning win streak of the four with 16 consecutive wins against Izumi, 12 against Katsumi, and 24 against Katsuki. What's happening today is just another training session for them. Katsuki of course challenged Izuku to another sparring match just as Katsumi challenged Izumi to one. With Katsuki and Izukus' match, a fight that some would see as unorthodox is about to begin.
"You ready to lose Izuku!"
"You'll have to land enough hits to knock me out to win Kacchan."
"I know that already! Now get ready to lose!"
Pre-match banter between the four was common and usually short. It always seems to display the fighting style each will be using on the day's training though. Katsuki seemed to be going for a more offensive based fighting style to overwhelm Izuku's defensive style with numerous weaker blows while Izuku seems poised to use a more balanced style to mix in movement and slow but powerful strikes to specific body parts. Masaru only had to give a simple wave of his hand for the two to begin their duel. Of course he wasn't just here to make sure the house wasn't blown up. He was analyzing everything that happened in these fights. Not even the slightest movement escaped his view as all was cataloged and written down for analysis and advice later on. It was Masaru who had advised Izuku on a fighting style more focused on speed and precise hits while advising Katsuki on a better way to use his quirk to his advantage.
With the wave of a hand, the two were off and locked in for battle. Izuku made the first move and used his superior speed to close distance before sending a powerful punch towards Katsuki's right shoulder. Katsuki was quick enough to spin himself to avoid that hit before letting off a small explosion that released a great deal of smoke to cover his left side. When he finished his spin, he aimed a blow towards Izuku's forehead which was quickly caught by Izuku. Of course Katuski had planned for that to happen as he was quick to release several small explosions in Izuku's face to temporarily blind him before sending out more faux blasts to cloud the area in smoke. When izuku had fully recovered from his flash blinding, he was met with a layer of smoke which obscured his vision to a degree. He was quick to calm his nerves and attune his senses to this new hazard. He heard a faint step hit to his right and sent a powerful kick right behind him. This kick hit Katsuki square in the chest. He was quickly winded and sent keeling for a bit before regaining his composure and sending a wild spray of blasts towards Izuku. Instead of following a conventional dodge and counterattack method, Izuku blocked the blasts with his left arm before reaching out and grabbing Katsuki by the neck. Katsuki was shocked by this since he had yet to see Izuku willingly take damage like that to gain an advantage in combat. His shock was replaced by resolve though since he was quick to begin firing numerous explosions at Izuku's knees to weaken them and Izuku's grasp on his neck. To Katsukis shock however, Izuku didn't seem to be affected by his attacks and instead lifted Katsuki from the ground before doing a sudden spin in the other direction where he threw Katsuki towards the training room wall. Katsuki was so caught off guard by this that he was unable to brace and took the full brunt of the impact. That was quickly followed by Izuku dashing towards Katsuki before delivering a powerful blow to Katsukis stomach. This was more than enough to cause Katsuki to lose focus and grab his stomach in pain. This was followed by Izuku Grabbing Katsuki's leg and doing his best Hulk impression by slamming Katsuki into the training room floor several times. When all was said and done, Katsuki was in no position to continue the fight while Izuku was victorious with noticeable damage to his knees and heavy damage to his left arm. Masaru called the match before taking both boys for treatment regarding their injuries. He knew that this wouldn't be close to enough to stop them though. He's seen them throw worse and take more damage from each other before getting up and going again.
