CHAPTER #10
A few days went by, everything was going normal.
Nevertheless, safi and johara were in contact and they started to get comfortable with each other.
Idrees was doing so well in his business. He used to come to rafiq to get some tips here and there sometimes.

It was a pleasant evening with clouds in unique patterns that beautified the sky. The breeze was enchanting and the smell of the greenery from the garden was absolutely refreshing.
"weather's so good today" isra said
"yeah, I know right?"
"I wish johi was here with us, enjoying this beautiful scenery of nature" isra sighed
"not actually" rafiq sounded serious "there's something I need to talk"
"yes go ahead, I am listening" isra nodded with concentration fully on rafiq now
"remember we made an alliance of johara and idrees?"
"yeah what about that?"
"I think we should marry our daughter to him as idrees has completed his study and now so successful in his business too and asad and maryam are going to leave soon, it's better we do this as soon as possible"
"yeah even I thought of it a while ago you know" isra had been thinking of Johara's marriage as she was of age now and his going-to-be husband is also in the proper state of marriage now "I'll talk to johara" isra feared that rafiq would be too disappointed from Johara's behavior.
Till then rafiq decided to speak to asad.

"he snores so loudly that the whole district may shake, astaghfirullah" maryam whispered to herself while she groomed her hair. She could hear inayah's whining voices from the outside. It seemed as if idrees has got her again.
Not in a moment, her pleasant thoughts were interrupted by a phone ringing
"ASAD, ASAADDD!!" it was not soon that she realized her husband was drooling "eww asad wake up, your phone is ringing"
Maryam ran down to the kitchen to fetch a tissue paper roll meanwhile asad immediately got up to the sound of his phone ringing.
"take this and wipe your mouth first" Maryam gave the tissue paper to asad.
"give that damned phone to me, it literally ruined my sleep"
"it's rafiq bhai calling" maryam informed looking at asad's phone screen
Asad picked up the call
"assalamualaikum rafiq, how's everything?" maryam hit asad slowly on his hand as he yawned while he spoke
"walaikumassalam, İ am good alhamdulillah, how are you?"
"good with Allah's grace"
"I needed to talk something really important to you"
Ok so here was rafiq creating suspense. He always had to do this
"yeah please go ahead"
"make sure you listen it carefully" asad hit his forehead as if to say 'god, do something of this fool'
"tell now"
"keep it on speaker, keep it on speaker" maryam was whispering like a little child. Asad enabled the speaker and now rafiq spoke, finally!
