"Sana all, tayo nga rin babe." sabi ni Azaleah at tumabi kay Luca. I didn't mind them, what's important is that he's beside me right now.
"Tuloy ba tayo sa Puerto Galera?" tanong ni Yuzu and I nodded. "Bakit naman hindi? The flight is already booked for next week ah." I told her and she nodded. "Wala lang, I figured that since you have a boyfriend you're going to have other plans without us na?" Yuzu explained and I just scoffed.
"Zayn is already a part of our friend group, okay? We can just add another seat sa flight natin para makasama siya, diba?" I asked Zayn and he agreed. "Mhm, who wouldn't want to enjoy Puerto with your significant other?" he said and winked. Gumawa naman ng nasusukang mukha mga kaibigan ko kaya tinawanan ko na lang sila. At least now they know how I felt whenever they become cheesy sa mga gala.
"Do you think all of us will still end up being together in a few years?" Azaleah asked and it was a complete silence, neither of us answered not until my boyfriend spoke.
"The future is untold, we don't know how long we'll live. We don't know whether or not tadhana plays bullshit with us. It's hard to make promises that we'll end up marrying each other some day or simply grow old with our significant other because we don't have the assurance that whatever we have will last. But I know for a fact that we can end up being friends after a heartbreak, because that's where we all started right? We can still love each other as friends if being in a relationship didn't work." he told us and I smiled. Because he does have a point, and I don't care if we break up or not. He'll still end up as my safe space and serenity at the end of the day.
"Caitlyn, wag mo nang pakawalan. Ganyan ba magmahal ang isang law student? Sabi ko sayo Luca nag-law ka na lang sana!" biro ni Azaleah sa boyfriend niya at di na lang siya pinansin ni Luca. Buti nga hehe.
We talked about other random shits until maglabas na sila ng alak, me and Zayn only took a beer and decided to share na lang. "Hala, may sakit ka ba Caitlyn? Bakit ka beer lang?" tanong ni Yuki and I just made a face before drinking half of it and gave it to Zayn. We stayed there about a few more minutes after Zayn finished the bottle.
