As she watched Draco leave through the floo, Hermione took a moment to breathe, and then she began to pace. How the bloody hell did people keep breaking out of Azkaban? Sure, Sirius had done it as an animagus. Barty Crouch Jr.'s father had helped him escape. The others though? All the death eaters? How did this keep happening? It was then that a specific memory went off in her head like a lightbulb. There was someone that she could ask.

Before she knew it, the curly-haired witch was stepping out of the floo at Malfoy Manor with three children in pajamas in tow.

"Mummy I left Mione," Lyra pouted as she followed her mother down the hall, a sleeping Scorpius in one arm and a curious Theodora in the other. Both were being carried easily thanks to a simple featherlight charm.

"Little love you do not need Mione," Hermione reminded her and Lyra scrunched up her nose with a pout. It didn't take long before Milly popped into the hallway.

"Mistress Hermione!" Milly exclaimed. "Milly did not know Mistress and little ones were coming. Milly will make tea."

"Hot chocolate!" Lyra giggled and grabbed onto the little house elf's hand.

"Yes Missy Lyra," Milly smiled, vibrating with excitement and pulling the little girl along with her. "Hot chocolate and biscuits."

When Milly led the young Malfoy family into the tea room, Narcissa immediately perked up and smiled. "Oh, this is a pleasant surprise!"

"Nana! Papa!" Lyra giggled bouncing over to them. "Mummy said we had to come over here. She got us out of bed and everything. It's past my bedtime."

"That it is darling," the regal witch smiled, shifting her attention to Hermione as Lyra snuggled into her grandfather's embrace. One look at her daughter's face and she knew something wasn't right. Standing and walking over to the young woman, Narcissa took the twins gently from her. "Milly, would you prepare the rooms for the children? Then I believe Lyra and I would love some treats in my bed chambers."

"Yes mistress," Milly nodded and disappeared with a pop.

"Go on with your Nana little star," Lucius said gently kissing the top of her head as he ran his fingers through her curls. "I'll be up to help tuck you in soon."

"Ok papa," Lyra smiled and bounced off with Narcissa out of the room. As he stood, he motioned for Hermione to follow him, leading her into his study. Once she was inside, he closed the doors behind him.

"What is it? What's happened?" Lucius asked, standing in front of Hermione and looking her over. "Did Draco send you here? He knows that the blood wards here make the manor practically impenetrable."

"No he didn't send us here," Hermione said shaking her head. "Though he did say that the manor and the cottage were the only two places we were allowed to be until he returned."

"Returned? Where is he?"

"There was a breakout at Azkaban apparently," Hermione sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Multiple death eaters escaped and Harry Potter decided it was best to drag Draco into this hunt with him."

"He asked Draco to help?"

"He did," she sighed and looked at him. "And of course, my husband, the wonderful stubborn man that he is, refused to listen to me and went off to help track them down. I do wonder though if it's because one of them is Dolohov..." Unconsciously she touched the scar across her chest and Lucius noticed.

"Dolohov is one of them?"

"Antonin Dolohov, Macnair, Rookwood, and Amycus Carrow escaped from Azkaban and I want to know how they did it."
