"Oh? The tall sprout!" The shorter boy exclaimed with a light laugh. Sehun frowned and gripped his bag tighter. Tall sprout? That doesn't even make any sense.

"Eyeliner freak," the words slipped from Sehun's lips when he noticed that the amount of eyeliner was really NO JOKE. The boy stared at Sehun wide eyed before laughing.

"Woah. Is that seriously what you say when you first talk to people?" The boy laughed. Sehun's frown deepened.

"You just called me tall spr-," he paused. Do not get involved. Sehun cleared his throat. "I'm leaving." He turned around to leave but felt a strong grip on his wrist.

"You saw that, didn't you?" He heard the boy asked. Sehun shrugged.

"Maybe just a little. Let go." Sehun didn't want to turn around so he tried pulling his arm away but the boy held him firmly in place.

"Aww~ Don't be so cold. After all, you helped me pick up the books." The boy pulled Sehun who staggered and fell backwards. His head fell onto the boy's shoulder as his whole body bent. "Thank you and you seriously are my type," the boy whispered into Sehun's ear and bit it. Sehun retaliated and ran away.

Shit. Shit. Shit.

Sehun didn't have to look into the mirror to know his whole face was red. His ears had always been sensitive to touch and that freaking god knows who just bit it! He dashed all the way home and only stopped when he was outside the gates. He looked inside the house and felt a stiffling atmosphere.

Again...

There was a reason why he rather stay back in school than to go home like other students. He sighed as he unlocked the gate and stepped into his home.

Home. Doesn't even feel like one.

He quickly went upstairs before anyone saw him or even noticed his existence and thankfully, his presence was hardly ever noticed. He shut his room door and locked it with its 3 emergency safety locks. He opened his window slightly, allowing only a ray of light within. He plopped himself onto his bed and sighed. He could feel the pent up stress and frustration as he relaxed. He didn't even want to move to get lunch or anything. Starving was simply better than stepping into the kitchen downstairs.

That was when he sighed in realization that he was still holding onto a book. He brought it to his face and groaned. The last book that he had picked up but didn't place it onto the stack.... He sat up and stared at its title, "The Blinking Lights".

Now what?

He decided to put the matter aside and shower first. Anything would be better than to get out from his room and risk getting seen or talked to or getting involved with the creepy ass small sized guy. Getting bit by the ear was not a nice feeling to Sehun.

"So~ Did you tell him I said hi?" Was Kai's first question when he sat down beside Sehun. Sehun shook his head and Kai made a puppy face. "Seriously? I thought you did...." Sometimes Sehun thinks Kai became friends with him because he started tutoring Kyungsoo but the guy had already been sticking with him ever since he enrolled in the school.

"Sorry, almost told him when some random dude just busted it and made your chick ran off in the middle of a lesson," Sehun apologised half-heartedly. Kai's ears perked up.

"Someone made Kyungsoo ran off?" Sehun nodded while reading through his History book which happened to be the current lesson but the teacher hadn't arrive yet.

"Some short dude with freaking thick eyeliners," Sehun mumbled while flipping the page. Out of the blue, Kai grabbed his shoulder which made him look up at his friend's shocked and surprised face. Kai did a mini inspection on Sehun's face and arms.

"What the hell, dude? Stop that," Sehun snapped while brushing away Kai's hands, uncomfortable with the amount of skinship.

"You're fine? Really?!" Kai whispered while moving closer to Sehun as though he was about to reveal some huge secret.

"I'm fine. Look. I don't know who that dude was and frankly, I don't even want to know so please don't involve me with anything regarding that eyeliner freak," Sehun hissed. He noticed a couple of eyes looked in his direction after he finished his sentence. Kai's jaw hung open as well. "Close your mouth."

"You did not just say that! Oh my goodness, Oh Sehun!" Kai squealed. Sehun was starting to feel odd with the stares he was receiving from his 'classmates'. "This is why I always tell you to at least know some people around school!"

"Why? Am I in some sort of big trouble with some big shot in school? It's not like that short punk can just waltz into class and do what he likes to me," Sehun said while lowering his voice since it seems like his 'classmates' were suddenly interested in his words. He hated the attention, the crowd and the eyes.

"He's Byun freaking Baekhyun! Of course he can," Kai half snapped and half whispered. Sehun sighed again and rolled his eyes for the umpteenth time. This conversation is going nowhere.

"I don't care, Kai. Plus what's so huge about this Byun frigging Baek dude?" Sehun mumbled.

"Are you interested in knowing him?" A soft chuckle said, causing Sehun and Kai to look upwards at Byun freaking Baekhyun. Kai gulped and immediately shifted his position away from Sehun. Sehun raised an eyebrow at his friend's action.

"If it isn't the eyeliner guy himself," Sehun muttered. Baekhyun let out a soft giggle and leant towards Sehun, leaving a few inches in between them.

"I like your guts but it seems like you need to know your place," Baekhyun said with a smooth yet menacing tone. Sehun swallowed his saliva.

"I don't like you skipping class just to tell me this, eyeliner freak," Sehun retorted, hearing a few gasps from his 'classmates'. Baekhyun chuckled and stood up straight. "Oh and your book." Sehun handed it over to him which Baekhyun took with a smile.

"Then I'll see you during lunch break~ Toodles, tall sprout." With that, Baekhyun literally waltz out from their class and their teacher stepped in.

"Hide!" Kai exclaimed when the lunch bell sounded. Sehun stacked his books properly and took out his handmade lunchbox which just had sandwiches inside.

"Why? He's not gonna seriously do something, is he? Tell you what, Kai, why don't you just scoot over to your little fanbase over there and leave eyeliner dude to me?" Sehun snarled as a group of people started gathering outside their class. What he didn't know was that they were looking at Sehun this time, not Kai. News seemed to have travelled fast.

"Just be careful and stay outta sight! This time, seriously, don't get involved!!" Kai yelled while running out from class to join his basketball friends. Sehun quickly made his way out from the crowd. He gave a cold look at the group of people staring at him before making a run for it.
