{Aomine POV}

I didn't think getting hit in the head would leave such a painful consequence.

My head was throbbing when I came to, shaking my head to get it clear. I could feel my stiff body come to and attempt to move.

But I couldn't. What the fuck?

I opened my eyes, blinking them several times.

"What the—"

"Dai-Chan!"

I flinched, looking up. I was in a small room; if I stood up and extended my arms sideways, I could reach the walls with my palms flat. The walls were gray and once of the longer walls was a mirror. I looked tired, dead almost. My hair was messy and my clothes were all wrinkled. If Mom saw me right now she'd throw me into a bathtub and scrub me till all the germs on me were sparkling.

There was a dim, fluorescent light that lit up the room a bit. It looked pretty eerie in here.

"Satsuki?"

"Don't say anything! Don't do anything! Don't attack the walls, or the camera, or the speaker I'm speaking through right now! Just don't do ANYTHING!"

"Huh?" I looked towards her voice, and there stood a small, black camera and a white speaker. "The hell's going on?"

"Y-You'll get out of there soon! I promise!"

"Where the fuck is this?"

"Get the fuck away from that—" I heard a smack. "Hey! You remember me, don't you, boy?"

I recognized the voice almost immediately. I looked into the camera, knitting my eyebrows. "Did you just hit Satsuki?"

"I'd worry about myself first." He sneered. I could almost see his cocky ass face.

"Get the fuck away from her." I said, glaring into the camera.

We've just been kidnapped by Satsuki's dad.

"You'll do as I say before you leave."

"Like hell I'm gonna listen to you! Let us go, you fucking bastard! I'll kill you!"

I heard her crying through the speaker. It made me clench my fists as I tried to calm myself. I heard him laugh, making me cringe.

"You just gave me an amazing idea!"

A wall moved backward, moving to the side, and there appeared Satsuki and the guy. I felt my eyes widen when I saw the gun pointed at her had. She was crying hysterically. She was wearing a really big shirt and pants. Her shoes were gone.

"Shut up!" He hit her in the head with the gun, and she quieted down. I winced when she was thrown to the floor. I ran up to her, helping her sit up. She was covered with bruises. Blood ran down her head as she held me tightly with her hands. I clenched my fists, already feeling my blood boil. He smirked before pointing the gun at me. I flinched, stopping myself from punching him.

"...What do you want."

He burst out laughing. "Hah! So you DO know how to listen! Great!"

He threw the gun onto the floor and closed the door. The speaker squeaked for a second before his disgusting voice echoed into the room once more.

"You see that gun loaded in there? It has one bullet in there!" He said, cackling like some kid. "I'll give you two days to decide who gets to die! Isn't that fun?"

Surprised, we both turned to look at the camera in shock.

"Wha— Who gets to die?! What the hell does that mean?!"

"If you reach the 48-hour mark and you're both alive, I'll fill the room with carbon monoxide, so that BOTH of you die!"

I gulped, realizing his intentions. Either one of us dies and the other lives forever in an endless guilt, or the both of us die and save him from a lot of trouble.

"Don't bring Dai-Chan into this!" Satsuki yelled, already bursting into tears again. "Stop here! Please! I'll do anything you ask, and I won't report you, I'll go live with you again and somehow find a way to earn money for you! I promise, so...so don't drag him into this—!"

I slapped my hand over her mouth. "Don't make promises you can't fucking keep, idiot! Like we're gonna let you do that!"

I grabbed her face, making her look at me; the thing I always did whenever she was starting to scare herself. "Look, Satsuki. Don't say stuff like that. We're gonna get out of here, we just have to think. Ok? You're an analyst and you've done projects on escape rooms and situations a lot like this when you were first learning. Just calm down!"

She sniffed, before nodding gently. I removed my hands from her face, taking a breath.

Big mistake.

Bang!

I flinched at the sudden loud noise. Before I could realize what it was, I saw Satsuki drop to the ground, blood rushing out of her body like a tidal wave.
