''You got everything you need, honey?'' You asked as you glanced down at the little excited boy jumping up and down.

''Yeah! Me and my best friend are going to have an Easter Egg hunt and then we're going to watch all of the Shrek movies and then after we are going to have McDonald's!''

You couldn't help but laugh as you put on your denim jacket, listening to Noah talk about his exciting Easter plans with his best friend from school this weekend. You were his nanny, hired by his father, Jude.

Jude really needed some help with Noah and also around the house as he had to work and provide for himself and his son and also needed to pay you for the amount of hard work you always did. Jude has been a single dad for five years and he hired you as Noah's live-in nanny just a little while after the whole incident involving Noah's mom happened. The whole incident broke your heart as Jude felt the need to tell you what happened.

Jude made sure to check your resume and any other important documents he would need to look at before hiring you. A few other people applied for the position, but he thought you had an excellent resume and you were also an elementary school teacher before taking this position so you had plenty of experience. He liked many wonderful qualities about you and also liked how you interacted with Noah.

Once you buttoned up your jacket and threw your bag over your shoulder, you were suddenly greeted by Jude who was coming out of his bedroom with his jacket on as if he was about to go out which made you knit your brows together as you thought he was busy working from home.

''You ready to go, buddy?'' Jude kneeled down, holding out his arms as he watched and laughed as Noah ran over to him and then began to tell him all about what he was going to do at the sleepover. Jude nodded, laughed and made some silly comments that made Noah laugh before picking him up.

''Hey you, I thought you were working.'' You asked, folding your arms, watching Noah reaching out for your hair who began to play with it as he had an advantage due to Jude holding him.

''No, all done for now. I'll take Noah to Mikey's house and then that way I can talk with his parents and let them know of any rules.''

You weren't complaining at all, you basically had the night off now. You flashed Jude a smile and then took off your bag and jacket, standing on your tiptoes to put them back around the coat hook.

''Y/n is so pretty,'' Noah whispered into Jude's ear although you could still hear him which made you giggle. When you looked at Jude's face, he was smiling and he looked like he was blushing. 

''You have a good time at Mikey's sweetheart and I'll see you tomorrow.'' Ruffling your hand backwards and forwards through Noah's hair making him practically lunge himself out of Jude's grip so he could hug you. Noah threw his arms around you, giggling as you caught him. However, earned a little telling-off from Jude.

''It's okay Jude, he's just excited.'' Flashing him a smile, you placed Noah down on the floor and then watched him take Jude's hand, tugging on it as he began walking forward.
