Chapter 27: A beautiful disaster

"Seriously, I thought he was going to forgive you" said Anna looking through my closet.

"He didn't" I said sad.

"Don't worry, just ask him again... I think this skirt would look really good with that sweatshirt you were wearing the other day" she said handing me the skirt.

"Okay" I said putting it on. "Thank you for helping me, I don't know what I would have done without you".

"You're welcome" she said smiling. "We have a few minutes left until Harry comes. Do you want to talk about anything?"

"I don't think I've got anything to talk about" I said looking at the floor.

"C'mon, tell me. What's bothering you?"

I sat on the piano. "I'm nervous".

"About the date?" she asked. "You haven't got any reason to be nervous. Harry has got everything planed".

"He does?" she nodded. "Where are we going?"

"You're going to a restaurant and after that for a walk".

"How do you know it?"

"I know a lot of things" she said.

I rolled my eyes, she wasn't going to tell me.

"Where did you go on your first date with Ashton?" I asked after a few seconds of silence.

She smiled. "We went to the cinema and after that to a party".

"And how was it?" I wanted to know more details about it.

"It was a disaster" she said laughing.

"A disaster, why?"

"Well, more like a beautiful disaster. He wanted to see Fast and furious, I don't know which number. But I wanted to see one about a book that I had read. We saw his film because I didn't want to argue and I knew that Marlene wanted to see it too so I could go with her on another day. I fell asleep during the film. He felt bad because I hadn't had a good time. So he asked me what I wanted to do next, I told her that the twins were throwing a party. At the party Marlene broke up with Harry, or him with her, I don't know. I had to go with her and he went with Harry".

"Wow. So you didn't see him at all" I said.

"Yeah, we didn't see each other until the next week at school. It was awkward at the begging but he asked me out again".

"I suppose it went well after that".

"Yeah, it has been perfect since then" she was saying when the doorbell rang.

I opened the door and saw Harry smiling at me with his hands inside his pockets.

"You look beautiful" was the first thing he said.

"Thank you" I said blushing. "You look incredible too".

"Shall we go?" he asked still smiling.

I nodded and he offered me his hand. I took it and we started walking towards the car.
